It was okay until 2 guys moved in the apartment underneath us. They obviously hate little kids but wanted to use the advantage of a nice family apartment community. They even threatened us to the point that we had to install a camera system and call the police. They got a police warning for constantly banging our door and walls, ringing our door bell and then drive away. But nothing changed. What kind of people harassing a 2 year old and calling him names?! They definitely shouldn't be around kids at all. I expected that the management would do background checks before letting tenants move in. Management ignored everything over a year!! And they were well aware of what was going on. Also they didn't even care about other tenants smoking weed indoors. This apartment complex shouldn't be advertised as luxury or family friendly at all.

I am a 60 year old widow, working remotely and a dog mom and Woodridge has been a great fit for me. Any maintenance requests I've had are handled very quickly, the maintenance guys go out of their way to make sure the maintenanence problem is solved quickly. The office staff has been very friendly, especially Mallory, the manager. She is really approachable and the few requests I've had, she has responded quickly and followed through for me. I think it shows that management genuinely cares about the people who live here. After three years, I still feel confident saying Woodridge is a great place to live and I plan to continue to live here for years to come. If you're looking for a well-managed, responsive, and welcoming apartment community, I highly recommend it.

It is a super safe and super quiet complex and our apartment is really clean and peaceful. It's also affordable for the area (Livonia). It's true that only trash is included in the rent, but water/sewer runs about $35-50 a month which I find really reasonable. The kitchen is very small but if you're picky about having a big kitchen, buy a house lol. Bathroom is pretty spacious. They are really pet friendly too which is a huge plus for us as we have a dog and a cat. They do charge pet rent but so does everywhere else. The dog park even has some wooden agility equipment such as ramps, jumps, and a platform, and little trash cans and bag dispensers all over the property for picking up after your dog also.

He is ALWAYS timely in fixing any issue reported and is very friendly while doing so. Eddie has made our stay as stress free as it gets. For that, we appreciate him. The leasing staff have been just as great. We had an issue with a unit we stayed in and they were able to aid with accommodations. Lisa, Katherine, Donnette (when she was there), and Olga have also aided in making our stay as lovely as it has been. It's always a pleasure to stop by the leasing office. Very fortunate for all the people I have run into while living here. Maintenance: the maintenance deserves 6 stars. If you've had bad maintenance experiences in the past or at other places, look no further, you will be EXTREMELY pleased here. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the cost for what you get. The apartments are not newly renovated by any means, and there are some imperfections, and the price is not cheap by any means. Overall I've been pleased with the living experience and WOULD recommend to others. If you need to talk to someone, Donnette is the best in the leasing office. My experience has been wonderful.

I've lived here for 3 months so far (Oct-Jan), so I cannot comment on the pool. I have a 2 bed 1 bath unit. Pros: -No surprises/things I wasn't expecting -Safe Location- Old Village Plymouth and Hines Drive. -Friendly, personal staff. They sent me a hand signed Christmas card. -Very well maintain units. Extremely clean upon move in. Carpet was brand new and appliances were in excellent condition. -Spacious+big windows with lots of natural light. (Windows are newer, not drafty like previous places I've rented from) -Grounds are very well maintained, snow removal is prompt -No dogs (I like dogs, but I've have dog poop problems at other apartments.) -Water and heat are included with rent -One reserved parking space per unit and additional parking for guests. Depending on the unit, the additional parking might not be as close as some people prefer. I've never had a problem finding spots. -Low turnover of tenants (Some of my neighbors have been here for 7+years Cons: -Washers/Dryers are coin and in the communal basement. Not a surprise or huge issue. -Heat uses a boiler system, so you can hear water running through it occasionally. It's minor and the plus is that it doesn't make the air as dry as regular HVAC. -Expect to hear the occasional train. I didn't realize how many trains come through Plymouth. -No gym/amenities. I'm ok with this since the rent is so low. -No dishwasher or microwave. I've read other reviews that say there are dishwashers, but I think that is only in one of the buildings. They were upfront about it and let me see my actual unit before signing my lease. I wasn't real excited about another apartment (I want to buy a house) but this is a great option. Could you find an apartment with more expensive finishes like granite counter tops? Yes. Could you find a cheaper apartment? Yes, but likely not in Plymouth or as nice. What you see is what you get. Considering all of the pros, these apartments are an excellent value and great place to live. All things considered, you won't regret choosing Lake Pointe Village Apartments

It makes me feel good that the company does take time collecting information and renting to the responsible renters. While Pam was out for vacation, Keila answered all of our questions and took care of us. We had zero issues while renting here. Yard/grass was well-maintained regularly and they cleaned the interior of the hallway/building often. They are always responsive when I called or emailed. There was an issue with flushing in restroom and the handy man came same day and took care of it. If you are thinking of renting in Novi, this is one great place to be. CVS/Starbucks is walking distance.

The building is secure from the outside and well maintained. Hallways and stairwells are cleaned frequently. Lofts are are adequately sized and modern with quality appliances. There is an enclosed underground parking garage that they keep heated in the winter. All units have nice sized balconies, from which you can hear music from downtown in the summer or watch the train roll by daily. There is also an in-building dry cleaning pick-up service. Let's not forget that Bode's Corned Beef is just a stone throw away. Keep in mind, Downtown Plymouth is .4 miles, which makes for easy walks between home and the restaurants/bars. It's so convenient to check out the Farmer's Market, Ice Festival, Fall Festival, Art Fair, Summer Concert, or any of the other multitude of events going on downtown. Why didn't I give it 5-Stars? Well, until you get used to it, plan on being woken in the middle of the night by the train. It has no sympathy for sleepers. Even after almost a year the long horn blasts at 4am would jar me from the deepest slumber. Also, the units are loft style. The plus is that it feels very large and open, and airflow is excellent. However, because the walls between rooms don't go all the way to the ceiling sound from one room can be heard in any other room as if it's in the same room. This can be problematic when different TV shows are being watched, one person is studying or trying to sleep while another person is active. In summary, this is what I've found to be the best place in the downtown Plymouth area to live, short of getting a place in Kellogg Park. but for the cost, it's probably better! Have an opportunity to get a unit in this building? Take it.
