We checked out a couple empty rooms. Nice size, 1250 sq. ft, two bedroom. Very large and reasonably priced. The daughter put in an applcation and has been accepted. She picked out the room they wanted. Pet friendly as they have a poochie too(yeah, he's leaving my house, lol). While Pam was out for vacation, Keila answered all of our questions and took care of us. We had zero issues while renting here. Yard/grass was well-maintained regularly and they cleaned the interior of the hallway/building often. They are always responsive when I called or emailed. There was an issue with flushing in restroom and the handy man came same day and took care of it. If you are thinking of renting in Novi, this is one great place to be. CVS/Starbucks is walking distance.

They are a little on the high side- especially if you use your private stance instead of the central enclosed hallway. You won't find anything cheaper in the area that has this prime of real estate. Everything you need is within 5 miles of the apartments. Grocery, fast food, shopping (Twelve Oaks Mall), pharmacies, doctors, dentists, etc. For the price you do pay for the apartments its good value for the dollar. A lot of the reported crimes in the area are mostly baby mama drama and even then Wixom, MI crime rate is below the national average and over 60% less than the average in the state of Michigan, so its all overexaggarated. I have had absolutely zero problems in the 7 years I have been living here. Our neighbors are friendly. I don't have to deal with loud music. Whenever I've reported a maintenance issue, it might have taken a few days to get said item repaired, but if you treat staff with respect, you get treated with respect back. Bottom line, don't be a freaking snowflake cry baby because something didn't get fixed the next day. I have nothing to complain about here. Its prime real estate. I have everything I need. Anywhere else in the area is atleast $100-200 more expensive per month. Its hard to beat it.

Management doesn't care and wants to raise rent. Yesterday maintenance was over looking at the foundation and I mention how the main bedroom air duct vent leaks air from outside causing room to be at least 5 degrees cooler than the unit set temperature on the thermostat. He told me "it's cause of bad insulation and thats how his apartment is."

Floor noise: "upgrade" to plank flooring in upper units without proper insulation has amplified the noise well beyond uncomfortable range. Upper tenants are just walking but sounds like they are stomping with hard sole shoes on. It was fine when upper unit was carpeted. Damage waiver program: It's a scam. Copy of damaged waiver insurance submission method was changed by the management in 2023 to submit it through designated system, but it didn't work. By the time this system started working, I was charged for 13 months of Beztak's waiver program fees. Of course, management refused to refund the amount. System fault that they provided is it my fault? Unpermitted entry: Management will give you "at least" 24-hour notice before they send someone into your unit, but they won't tell you when. This 24-hour notice could be a day before or a week before, and notice is like "We will have the contractors here on Tuesday and Wednesday". This notice entitles them to enter your unit whenever they want. Security Deposit Refund: After 60 days since move-out, nothing was received, no statement, no check, no letter. Management reported "the first check may have been lost in the mail. A new check was cut and mailed yesterday". Perhaps you can find other reviews saying the same. They lose too many mails in the process.
