I'm nearly 61 and stronger and healthier than I've ever been. They helped me lose 70 lbs which was cool when I got to walk my daughter down the aisle at her wedding feeling good about myself and not worrying about the pictures to follow. It was even cooler when nearly 3 years later I held my granddaughter in my arms and felt confident I would be healthy and active and functional as she grew up. Enough about me. The concept of small group personal training flat out works. Never more than 5 people to coach so you get personal attention. You also get inspired, pushed, and motivated by the other folks. Worried about your age or your fitness level? Don't be. They make it work. The workouts are varied so you never get bored. Have or had some injuries? Don't worry about it. The coaches will modify anything so you stay healthy (or get better) and still provide you a challenging workout. By the way, I could do a separate review just on how good all the coaches are. Finally I will tell you that I assumed a high level of expertise from the coaches. What I didn't expect was to make friends and feel part of a community like I have and do.
