On a recent trip to Biloxi, we drove to Gulfport and stopped by here to shop at the Coach store. I…read morewill be honest...I shop mostly online these days and I don't have a lot of experience with outlet malls. But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

They recently built few electric charging stations in north east end of the outlet. A few new stores have opened and few stores have closed but still have the signs up. A little misleading. Even the website says it still around. Hopefully, it will be updated or they are closed for renovations? I found out they do not offer a food court anymore. Bloomingdale's is there instead. I was baffled when I walked into Bloomingdale's outlet. I thought I made a mistake. That would explain why they have a few food trucks on south side of the outlet. They also renovated the playground. I am not sure if they expanded it too? Please let me know? They do offer free Wi-Fi. I am not sure how the speed is? Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a good deal! Great selection for all. I am sure they have a store for someone in your party. Easy access off the highway. I-10 and highway 49 south. Just take the first right off Creosote Road. Be mindful of the traffic. It depends on when you go. Please refer to the website for hours or any available information and deals.

When we first arrived both ladies were busy but I was told they would help us next. Well someone came in after us and Dee helped them before helping us and I let that go. Then another lady entered and she told her she would be right with her after we had been waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins. I honestly thought she would help us first but nope she completely ignored us and once again helped someone else before us. So I asked her who was going to be helping us because she had dismissed us and helped 2 people ahead of us after we had waited for over an hour. She never offered an apology and had to ask me what we were there for again because it had been so long she couldn't even remember why we were there. Needless to say I told her what she had done was extremely rude and distasteful and that we would take our business elsewhere. After I left I decided to call and ask to speak with a manager and of course Dee answered and claimed there wasn't one available and gave me a "customer service" number which ended up being a wrong number which she thought was cute. Needless to say I will be bypassing the manager and filing a corporate complaint. I know they have good workers as we have bought multiple suits from them but as a business owner myself I would never be okay with my customers being treated the way we were today.

Metzger's has been the preferred choice for fine men's and women's clothing since 1919. In a town…read moresteeped in the southern traditions Metger's products and staff fulfill the mission flawlessly. As a family owned business they remember their customers and strive to make the shopping experience comfortable, low pressure, and so that you really feel good about the way you look. Metzler's is located off of Dauphin Street, on the service road in front of the shopping center that holds Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Dumbwaiter and Jos A Bank. The store seems to share a parking lot with a bank, however there is always ample parking and ease of store access. The lot is clean and secure as well as allows for a minimum of traffic buildup along that busy stretch of service road. The store is always well stocked, clean, and possesses plenty of staff to be able to serve the needs of their customers. Its well lit, and is separated right down the middle men's and women's. Stocking the latest in southern professional and casual styles, they have Hart Schaffner and Marx, Adolfo, Chaps suits and sport coats in all sizes. However if its a special occasion and some planning, they can custom order and make you one! While they don't rent tuxedos, they also do custom fit Tails and tux's for Mardi Gras balls or whatever special occasion it may be. As a locally owned, family business, they do business with others in the area. Metzger's has bow ties from a southern company that makes handcrafted bow ties with peacock feathers, and deer bones etc in them. They also stock shirts and trousers out of a company in Dothan, and show the environmentally conscience side by stocking, Save the Duck alternative down jackets etc. They also have the latest in "prep" wear, Southern Proper, North Face, Ducks Head, etc. It doesn't stop there, they can also get you a new shaving kit, cologne, aftershave, shampoo conditioner etc. They also have a great selection of men's accessories, cufflinks, shirt stays, suspenders, etc. The staff is what caps off this Mobile fashion Icon, they are some of the friendliest, most knowledgeable guys around. Alan and Paul have been my primary contacts there and I have never been more impressed with a clothing store staff. They genuinely make me feel as if they care, and even steer me away from things that maybe don't look the best. They understand southern men's fashion and will push you as far as comfortable outside of your normal fashion box, or simply find you that next go to shirt or power tie. The tailoring done is done in house and is complimentary for the lifetime of a purchase and I must say, they are exceptionally good at it. All in all, they are my fashion go to, and without a doubt I have absolutely no hesitation about recommending them to anyone who needs that new suit, short, sport coat or even tailgate apparel. They have great team shirts and seem to have something to fit any and every occasion.
