On a recent trip to Biloxi, we drove to Gulfport and stopped by here to shop at the Coach store. I will be honest...I shop mostly online these days and I don't have a lot of experience with outlet malls. But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return. read more

Went here to pick up a few things. It has been a while since I had been here. A lot has changed. Both good and disappointed. With the current development and demand I understand. They recently built few electric charging stations in north east end of the outlet. A few new stores have opened and few stores have closed but still have the signs up. A little misleading. Even the website says it still around. Hopefully, it will be updated or they are closed for renovations? I found out they do not offer a food court anymore. Bloomingdale's is there instead. I was baffled when I walked into Bloomingdale's outlet. I thought I made a mistake. That would explain why they have a few food trucks on south side of the outlet. They also renovated the playground. I am not sure if they expanded it too? Please let me know? They do offer free Wi-Fi. I am not sure how the speed is? Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a good deal! Great selection for all. I am sure they have a store for someone in your party. Easy access off the highway. I-10 and highway 49 south. Just take the first right off Creosote Road. The facilities are well maintained. The selection of stores is okay. This is clearly not a thriving outlet mall. Many of the stores seemed to carry the company's baseline selection and didn't have a lot of variety. Still Worth a Stop, But Not What It Used to Be The Premium Outlets in Gulfport, MS definitely show signs of their former glory days--but while the heyday may be fading, it's not all bad news. There are still some solid store options here, like Banana Republic, Nike, Chico's, Ralph Lauren, and a handful of others that make it worth a stop if you're in the area or looking to do some brand-name shopping. One major positive: the staff in every store I visited were genuinely friendly, helpful, and kind--a refreshing experience that made the visit feel welcoming. On the downside, the Food Court is completely gone, which really changes the feel of the shopping experience. What was once a convenient place to take a break is now an overstock store that doesn't seem to have a solid theme. Also, don't expect the deep discounts and "deal hunting" that outlet malls used to be known for. The prices are much more in line with regular retail or strip mall pricing these days. That said, the bathrooms were clean (always a plus), and the layout is still easy to navigate. If you're already in Gulfport or passing through, it's still worth checking out a few favorite stores. We enjoyed our stop at this outlet mall on our vacation. We spent a full 3-4 hours shopping & didn't even go in all the stores. The mall had all the big name shops with lots of variety of types of stores. It was clean & well-maintained with nice landscaping. It had a playscape area for the kids. Parking was easy to find. There were some snack shops, but those were limited in the areas we went. The employees were very helpful in the shops we visited. We had a lot of fun here & found some excellent deals. read more

I am in agreement with Yelper John L.H., that if you find yourself in Gulfport, Mississippi and and you want to go shopping, then you probably want to check out the Gulfport Premium Outlets. Based on the observations of my wife, I think "most" women will enjoy this mall. As a man, there are only a few stores I like to patronize, with the list being highlighted by Banana Republic, Lee/Wrangler, Levi's, the North Face & Under Armour. Like most "newer" malls, especially outlet malls, this is an outdoor mall; so keep an eye on the weather, as the heat and rain can make for a not so enjoyable shopping experience. Also, I'd plan on eating lunch or dinner somewhere other than the food court, as although it offers lots of seating, he food choices are rather limited. One of my favorite outlets in our area. Literally something for everyone. The restrooms are always clean and signs are visible for each store. Security is also present in golf carts and on foot. They've added food trucks in the parking lot. So many stores to choose from such as H &M, Nike, Polo Factory, Carters, Kate Spade, Express and more. read more

I have been looking for a small, functional and cute cross body white purse for ages! There's something to be said about delayed gratification because I found the perfect one at Michael Kors and I also found an off white one at Coach. I had one being held at the mall. I got both purses for less than the one being held at Dillards. Also, Talbots had some great options and 50% off everything in the store one day when I went. This is a very nice outlet with plenty of stores to shop at. It's arranged in typical outlet fashion with several rows of stores lined up. The stores are your typical outlet stores. I visited on Black Friday and was able to find a lot of good deals with stores offering anywhere between 40-60% off their prices. They have a food court if you get hungry, as well as several snack courts scattered throughout. For the kids, they have a very nice playground with slides, a climbing wall, and more to keep the kids entertained for a while. The only thing I disliked about it was that they used sand on the floor of the playground. With the kids running and jumping, the sand gets all over the kids and in their shoes. It is not fun to have to deal with that. Aside from that, there are some kids rides throughout the outlets that you can pay $0.50 for your kids to ride. The one that my kids rode actually lasted quite a long time, so I was very happy with that. I can't say for sure that all of the rides last a long time, but the Tigger boat ride did, and it fits two small children under 6. Overall it was a nice quality outlet store. read more

This is not the best or the worst of the outlet malls I have been to. The main reason we keep coming here is that there are fewer people here than most of the outlets. There are a few stores here that seem to be better stocked and have better sales than their counterparts located elsewhere. Better choices and better prices makes them high on our list of options. First time to this outlet mall. Look nice from the HWY. Me and the family were hungry and then wanted to walk after eating. Right away I noticed that it has some wear and tear and there's some struggle to upkeep. Foodcourt had no recognizable food vendors. Wife and son tried the Chinese food and me and daughter tried the Bucket Head burger place. Chinese food was made to order and give it a 3 star. Burger place was dismal. To spend $20 on two meals. One burger and one chicken strips. I could have had other fast food burger places and better tast and less money spent. Foodcourt never again. 1 star. Shopping I give it a 4 star. Restrooms nasty 1 star. Well that's my experience and my comparison is based on the other outlets I've been to. read more

My wife and I enjoy visiting this place and drive from the heart of New Orleans to do so. The value is great because you can get quality, name-brand goods for an outlet mall price. I recently received 3 Levi pants at 17 USD each, and she got a Vera Bradly purse for 40. Levi, J.Crew, Banana Republic, Vera Bradley, and Bath and Bodyworks are some of out must go to locations whenever we visit. There is plenty of parking and the aesthetics are adequate, not great. I enjoy hitting the outlet malls whenever I'm in the area and Mississippi was not exception. The Gulfport Premium is an outdoor mall with a decent selection of stores. I specifically came for Patagonia as listed online and online, however they do not have a Patagonia outlet at all here. When I asked, I was told it was a "third party vendor that is Not an outlet" that sells Patagonia, The North Face, Yeti and other brands. So if you are looking for Patagonia, you can just go to a regular store :-) This mall has the typical Coach, Michael Kors, Nike, Under Armour and more. I personally enjoyed the Polo Ralph Lauren store...the staff was so super friendly as soon as we walked in. They had good deals...would be better if they offered the additional 25% off clearance like they have in the past :-) This mall was not busy at all but we did arrive shortly after they opened. The clothes and toys in the back are where all the deals are at. I bought Disney tee shirts for $3.99, Aurora plush doll for $5.99 and several other items. Plus, I used the VIP coupon booklet and save even more. I did have to spend a certain amount to use the coupon but it was all worth it. We are going to a family Disney world trip for the first time for all of us. To save money, I'm buying the tee shirts and toys before we go! These outlets are nothing to write to mom about. There's no food court. That's the best part of a mall!

Gulfport was a little too spread out and meandering for my liking. A lot of stores are closed or not occupied so the walking time from store to store was increased. Also, I didn't think there were really great deals to be had. Nothing that would make me want to come back if I lived locally, that's for sure. My friend found really good deals at Express but other than that, underwhelming. Also underwhelming-that food court! I've never heard of any of these places! It wouldn't kill them to put a Sbarro's or something in there. My friend and I opted for the Chinese spot which was ok I guess. Different and blander than most mall Chinese spots for sure. If this mall had a few more stores, and Ruby Tuesday or something it would be a much more enjoyable experience. read more

This Outlet was everything you expect an Outlet to be and then some. Normally Outlets are really packed and messy in stores. Not the case here, this Outlet has all clean stores, amazing staff, and I have never seen it packed. I've gone at 10a, 4p, and 8p. The Gulfport Factory Stores is a pretty decent shopping center on the coast. It is located right off the interstate and easy to access through I10 and Hwy 49. The stores in this shopping center that's on my MUST list: 1. Ralph Lauren 2. Banana Republic 3. Bath & Body Works 4. Ann Taylor 5. Under Armour 6. Nike There are lots of stores in the outlet but these are my favorite ones, most of the time, as an outlet, the stores have lots of sales going on and do not forget to use retailmenot.com to look for coupons! If you're from out of town, I would stop by the guest services booth (located in food court) to get a map and inquire if any special discounts / coupons are available. The food court is close to the Banana Republic store and has some dining choices, wish there was more (not super impressed about the selections here). Overall, a must if you're a shopper! read more

This place is sadly the best shopping in the Biloxi/Gulfport area. There's Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, but that place is kind of sad. Objectively speaking, these outlets aren't all that great, but at least there are some decent brands like GAP, JCrew, and Banana Republic. However, a lot of the products here are "factory brand", made just for the outlets, rather than brand name items from last season, and the prices aren't all that cheap overall, but there are occasional deals worth going for. read more

I was disappointed on my last visit to this Outlet. I went in numerous stores and noticed a constant theme...terrible, outdated clothes, shoes, etc. at unreasonably inflated prices. I'm fairly certain you can find much better deals in the regular stores, so check online before buying anything. The Outlet itself is a decent size and you can easily walk the entire thing in minimal time. There's adequate parking and you should never have to park far off from your intended destination. Every time I visit, there are people outside at a stand who practically harass people to buy vacations or whatever. It's irritating and I don't think customers should be subjected to that. read more

My fiance, cousins, and I visited Gulfport Premium Outlets in between reunion events two weeks ago. According to my cousins, it is one of the best places in the area to find affordable and upscale clothing options. I prefer indoor malls because they are cooler, but I found great deals when I went shopping for my three year old and myself. I found two pairs of shoes from the Rack Room Shoes, about 10 shirts from Children's Place, and one jacket for myself at the GAP store (It was on sale). Our cousins purchased gear from Nike, and my fiance and I took a picture in a photo booth, which was fun. Overall, Gulfport Premium Outlets allowed me to have a break from the monotony of watching others play Spades, because I do not know how to play yet, at the reunion.
