Fast forward to 6 months ago, he screwed us over royally forced a sale on our house for profit and commission for him and guess what his brother is a realtor! Imagine that! We got zero cash from the sale of our house and money is missing/hidden after doing all the paperwork not to mention they had scrap metal guys (posing as movers) throw out all of belongings, Thousands and Thousands of dollars our belongings! Irreplaceable family items etc... They got the buyers so upset over the way everything was handled that we got served papers to go to court just because of them and their actions. The buyers actually filed suite against them and to the NH real-estate board. Further research shows he was convicted of pretty big felonies in 2008 Money Laundering - Cocaine with intent to distribute etc... Stay away from Baroody and Greenwood as well as Baroody real-estate! I had a question for the receptionist regarding the bottom line of my taxes that were just prepared. She had to go ask Barry the question and his response was I didn't give him that information and need to go home and get it and come back so they could fix the error(I live 35 minutes away). I was adamant and 100% sure that I had given him this information,so I asked to speak with him and he the looked up my file. He then realized I had given him the info and the taxes were in fact correct. He apologized because he didn't really check to see what the receptionist was actually asking but had no qualms about having me drive 35 minutes each way to fix something that didn't need to be fixed because he was to lazy to actually look in to what he was being asked by his employee. I also found his Fee to be completely overpriced and ridiculous.
