Instead of working to resolve their approach I didnt even get to suggest a solution for 3 majors issues that may be difficulties for other clients and how they can approach these in a nicer way. Paul couldn't even be bothered to listen to the issues. He had no interest and just assumed the customer must be wrong. He still doesnt know half of what was said to me because I was not given the time of day from him to explain properly what was said to me He obviously feels my small account is doesnt matter enough for me to be treated with respect and that was the bottom line unlike him I believe if your not willing to listen with small clients big clients eventually find out.
