They all remember him by name even though he has gone through 4 different classrooms so far. I can't say enough about the staff. It seems they have a high turnover rate, but I can't blame them. My guess is many are in school and that they don't get super high wages (they should). They have a beautiful outdoor/indoor classroom and have a fun natural playground. They play outside every day, rain or shine, and we are so thankful for that- as it means fresh air and lots of exploring but our boys are tired at the end of the day and don't fight bedtime. Our boys have a speech delay, and within one week at Sarah's they were saying some of their peers names and now they are starting to put 2, even 3 word phrases together. My grandson cried every time we brought him to that place, and we finally had to pull him from that school because, after 8 months, nothing was done and I was a witness to the same boy taking his closed fist and hitting another child in the face RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I actually should have filed a police report at the time because the school was knowingly allowing these incidences to occur in their classrooms with no repercussions. By the way, I called the Regional Director of The Learning Experience and she assured me that the owner of that location would be calling me to discuss this. The gym waiver you sign, the person I signed up with, and the email you receive all say you can cancel online, you cannot. It's not the end of the world but just annoying cause they penalize you if you don't cancel 2 weeks before the beginning of the next month.

Not once did she ever greet me or my child during drop off/ pick up. The turnover rate in this facility is so high that week to week I never knew who was going to be caring for my child. This definitely raised some red flags for my family. There were several occasions I did not like the behavior of the teachers that I saw on camera, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. It does seem like the teachers are trying their best, but leadership starts at the top and if Maggie is their leader, I can see why the turnover rate is as high as it is. There is hardly any interaction between the teachers and children other than reading to them occasionally. I have heard this complaint from several other parents in passing during drop offs and pick ups. Ultimately we decided to pull our child from the daycare after securing childcare at a much higher rated facility in the city. In my time at this location, Maggie had sent out several requests for 5 star reviews of this facility. I would recommend instead of soliciting 5 star reviews, you listen to some constructive criticism from the current reviews you have on this page. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Cheap childcare with terrible management. I would recommend looking anywhere else for childcare.
