Once there, it felt that no one had read my intake form which I spent a long time filling out thoughtfully. I was given random printouts as resources, told to buy an extravagant amount of supplements (through them-fishy in retrospect), and left feeling pretty low and judged. I decided to give the supplements and plan a go, even though I was never given a complete personalized plan. I even reached out for clarification and got a short response with no additional support, ultimately I was never followed up with.
