I said I don't want stay in er till tomorrow. Rude doctors comes in and says ill get your stuff if you don't want stay. Doc Comes back in throws my bag clothes on bed walks out. I got dressed and left. I have good insurance. I'm very depressed. Have a diagnosis and they watched me walk out. SHUT them done. I am a person. I have rights. They don't care. I don't play games at my age. Dont need attention. I just needed help..they never once tried to talk to me about leaving. Mental health again treated the diagnosis not the person who dealing with all the struggles. No wonder people won't admit there depressed what good does it do.

So I'm still here waiting on the eeg with another migraine coming on. Told the nurse a hour ago. Got nothing. They have like 9 nurses for 12 patients. They sit at there desk doing paperwork. I know this place gets bad reviews and now I know why. They need nurses who want to do there jobs!! Be the voice of the patient when they are basically chained to a bed. During my appointment that was rushed and I waited over 45 mins. I was told that smoking is the cause of my pain if I stop smoking it would help. I said life is lifing and he responded it does for everyone but you chose to smoke. Are you going to smoke for 40 years. I said no but quitting smoking isn't helping my pain now I just made changes to my diet which is stressful eating healthy is costly I work 80 hours a week. I said you said lose weight it will help, he stated if you didn't lose the weight it would hurt worse worse and that was the end of my appointment. Second, you pay $250 up front without knowing if you'll be approved. If it IS approved, you have to pay another $50 to the state for the actual card. It is not covered by insurance and it's not guaranteed that he'll prescribe medical marijuana, even if you have a documented history of symptoms. Third, if he does approve it, he has the option to give you a card for 3, 6 or 12 months. If he gives you less than a year, he will charge you $150 to resubmit your card. He may be a very good doctor but if your reason for seeing him is specifically to get MedMJ, it seems to me like he is using this as a way to make more money. If he is going to be one of the few doctors certified to prescribe, I wish his office would be more upfront about the costs.

A few years ago, I visited Dr. Falcon for the surgical removal of a small cyst and two small moles on my skin. I had a free consultation. The office and nursing staff were friendly, but they could not give me even a very rough estimate of what these elective procedures would cost. A few weeks later, Dr. Falcon performed the procedures. The appointment began on time. In the pre-op holding area, he numbed my skin. In the operating room, he easily removed the cyst and two moles within minutes. The nurse who discharged me gave me instructions about keeping my wounds clean and moisturized, when to return to have stitches removed, etcetera. For a few months, I received bills in the mail. Dr. Falcon's office billed my insurance company multiple times for a total cost of roughly $11,000, of which my (good) insurance paid some, and I paid roughly $2,000 out of pocket myself.
