This was a month AFTER they came to fix the ice maker but broke the refrigerator light in the process. They cancelled last minute because the part (that was ordered OVER A MONTH EARLIER) was not in. Things happen. I drove 2 hours home. I drove up again yesterday for an 8-10am appointment. At approximately 10:30am I got a text saying the part was not in AGAIN. I'll drive back next month for THE 4TH TIME. I've been in a service industry for over 40 years. I totally understand that things happen. At very least this deserves a sincere call from the owner to make things right.

I made the mistake of still shopping here after I read all these horrible reviews on Google…read more I purchased a stackable washer and dryer and upon entering the building the guy there (Jared) , Who is also the owner's brother, Knew that we were purchasing this machine to go inside of our business. The machine was delivered, and we were still waiting for the electric to be installed for us to hook the machine up to be able to use. After the electric was installed, we ran our first load inside the machine and when we went to run in the dryer there was this very loud, high-pitched squeal noise So I called them to let them know and they told me that we were past our 30 day mark and they would be unable to send a tech out to fix the machine. We were on day 31........ After going back-and-forth with them for a few days, they decided to come and pick the machine back up, take it back to their facility to fix and then they delivered it back. We used the machine the same day they brought it back and the screech noise was still there so I called them back immediately. The guy that I spoke to said that he would let them know and I never heard back from them. That was last Friday. I called them again today and of course they did not answer the phone and you can't leave a message because their mailbox is full (Probably have a ton of other messages from people that they are completely dodging and ignoring because they sell them equipment that does not work and they don't want to take responsibility). I did get a hold of an employee today and he pretty much told me that the owner would not call me back and I am out of luck because the warranty does not cover machines used for commercial purposes (even though the owner's brother himself knew that's what we were using it for and still continued to tell me about the warranty and offer me the warranty when the machine was broken in the first time)...... I will be pursuing Small Claims Court with this matter but lesson learned that you should never shop with a business that has a ton of awful reviews. The employee told me that the owner is an old, retired military man and pretty much doesn't care about anything and won't be speaking with me - as a business owner myself, I cannot even fathom being in a trade such as this and scamming people out of hundreds of dollars for machines that are faulty, Let alone having the decency to talk with a customer who has an issue..... Stay far far away...

When they arrived they were white and the delivery person said that the receipt was on this set. when he showed me how to work it the dryer made a noise of something rolling around in it, but outside of the drum. He said Jarred, the owner, would come out and fix it. Jarred said it was out of warranty and all they could do was switch it out of there was one in the warehouse. I want my original gray set, but I don't think that is going to happen. I think they sold that set and sent the white one instead. They didn't even bother to clean it off before they brought it.

I went to Folk's for the laundromat instead of the cleaning service and I was pleasantly surprised…read more It wasn't insanely busy (I was there between 7:00-9:00 on a Wednesday night) and the choice of machines to use was awesome. The maxi washers cost $6.00 which at first startled me, but it ended up saving me money because I was able to fit literally three to four loads in one machine! The only issue I had was not knowing how long to dry my clothes for and having to pay $0.25 for five-minute increments. I ended up taking home damp clothes because I wasn't sure how long to run the dryer for. I will definitely use this place again in the future!
