Two guys delivered the machine and hooked it up and left. They should have checked it! The next day I tried doing a load of laundry and the thing wouldn't work. I called the store and spoke to the owner. He asked me questions such as "is your water on?" and "is it hooked up properly?". He finally said he would send someone out to fix it. A couple days later someone showed up and checked it out. His response to me was "Yep, it's broken." When I asked him if he was going to get it fixed today he told me he wasn't a repair man, he was just someone that worked at the store that the owner sent over to make sure I was doing everything right when trying to use the machine! It took a couple weeks but the owner finally replaced my washer with a new one from the store.

Arrow sent a repairman out and a part had to be ordered. They expedited the ordering process and sent out a loaner refrigerator in the meantime. But, in the meantime, I had lost all of my food and I was getting ready to host my family for Thanksgiving, I was not happy! The repairman came out and installed the new part but the refrigerator still didn't work. So they told me to just come in and pick out another refrigerator. I didn't see anything that I liked or that I felt would compare to the one I purchased, except one amazing, way over my budget, Samsung model! Carol hesitated to make the exchange but I reminded her of the inconvenience I had experienced as well as all the food I'd lost just days before Thanksgiving. Carol finally agreed to give me the Samsung model and delivered it just 2 days later; so far so good. I am extremely impressed with the awesome customer service I received and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Things could have been so different had I purchased from a big box store; I'm sure they would not have worked so closely with me. Carol took all my calls, returned calls and made me a priority.
