This time I was smelling gas every time I ran the dryer and my laundry room and kitchen was filled with condensation. I called Zip and they could have come out the next day. They worked around my schedule and we got a date on the calendar with a 3 hour window. They were able to give me a call when they were headed to my house. That was helpful because I work about 15 minutes from my home. I was able to get home in time to meet the repairman. The rate is $139 for showing up, but that is applied to the work done. The repairs were professional and Jose explained the issue. There was a leak in the connection to the dryer. He fixed that issue and explained the condensation issue came from the dryer vent to our roof being clogged. He cleaned that out as well. I paid a total of $249. That was worth it to have everything safely connected and clear. They will work on all appliances. I highly recommend Zip.

The unit was working fine, but they had basically played demolition derby with the unit, putting huge gashes and gouges in the stainless steel doors. Plus, I don't know what they did, but the buttons on the icemaker/ water dispenser in the door were basically ripped off/ gouged. I reached out to Keystone to see if Mario could come out and try to get some of the dents out and replace the panel for the buttons. Mario wrote back and asked for photos, plus the model info, which I sent over. He then got ahold of me and said he had an idea. While he probably could get some of the dents out, it wouldn't be perfect-- and between the labor to do the dents and the cost to replace the panel, it would be quite a lot for a result that would only be ok. So instead, he found a salvage of the same model, bought the doors, and swapped them out for us. The cost was less than the repair would have been and the result was infinitely better. Oh, and he did all of this from start to finish in like, 2 days. AMAZING. I am so grateful to Mario and will definitely be saving his info for future issues that pop up. It is so refreshing to find a reliable, trustworthy, professional, and kind appliance repair tech--- and especially one like Mario who is willing to find creative solutions for his customers. 10 stars if possible! In between fifty other things that were going on, Mario was cool and calm and let me know he would be out the next morning at 8:30, and he was!! For an incredible price, at that. Our fridge issue seems to be a bit of a mystery, but he did what he could before taking a step onto something much more expensive. He didn't rush us into a new fridge, or an expensive service-- he tried a simple solution, and is having us follow up with him once we see if it worked. Of course, this was after he knew we had other food storage options (that mini fridge from college will come in handy, kids!), and could work with his plan. Other places quoted me astronomical amounts but Mario was reasonable and professional. Honest, reliable, professional and kind. Personal rating: 1,350/5 Stars. Yes. That good.

Marlon Sr called me a short time latter listened to my exact issue and all my questions. Offered a troubleshooting step and then told me to give them a call or text if that worked otherwise they'd see me in the morning. He let me quiz him detail about some homework preventative maintenance I could do in the future and the best way to do it. Alas, his troubleshooting advice didn't work. But the fact that he tried, even though it could have potentially cost him a billable service call was remarkable. Marlon Jr showed up and quickly went to work and diagnosed the problem. Told me the cost and said they'd do what the can to be back that night if at all possible. Called me a short time later to let me know the supply house didn't have the part but they'd be back next day. I didn't have my phone so I missed the text letting me know Willy was en route, but they actually were able to get the part and came back a short time later. All in all two trips to my house in the same day in less than 4 hours with two great techs and my issue was fixed and repaired. They've got a customer for life, so much so I will use them at work as the need arises and if an opportunity presents itself. Everyone I dealt with professional, polite, and very knowledgeable.

(Customers are so inconvenient !) After assessing the situation with the brand new refrigerator that I had ordered from Costco the repair man suggested replacing the whole door. I told him no thank you. I'll just re-order and return this one to Costco. After all that, it was a magnet at the bottom of the refrigerator door that had snapped off during the unloading process by the delivery company. My recommendation is to ask lots of questions watch and observe their work. Ask them how long they've been working on appliances. I mean, after all, it's your money that you've laid down for this Appliance. I am going to give this company another go, but hopefully I won't be replacing any appliances anytime soon.

For almost three weeks, I have been met with a level of incompetence and disregard for my time that is frankly unacceptable. Despite being incredibly accommodating to your schedule--including arranging alternative childcare just to meet your company repair windows--your company has failed to reciprocate even a basic level of flexibility. After an initial technician found "no problem," the machine failed again. When a second visit finally identified the issue, the repair could not be completed because your company neglected to send the necessary door lock part. Most frustrating is the total breakdown in communication. I was personally promised an 8:00 AM appointment by the technician to avoid my daughter's school and dance schedule. Instead, I was once again shoved into a 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM slot. When I contacted customer service, I was met with scripted, empty apologies like "I understand your frustration," rather than actual solutions. I have repeatedly adjusted my time to suit your technicians. I expect this machine to be fixed immediately, as I have now been without a working appliance for nearly three weeks due to your internal negligence. 04/14/26: Update - the technician came and guess what? They have the wrong part! Need to wait another week. Let's see how many updates it will take before the appliance is fixed. next week will be one month!!!!! 04/18/26: Update: I rescheduled to Monday. However, I received a call that they could get me in today, Saturday. Of course I received a call that the technician called in sick and now the earliest they can get me in is on WEDNESDAY!!!
