Reality: they don't. I showed the salesperson Goman's own website listing the model for $1,999. Instead of honoring it, he claimed it was an "old model," pushed a pricier one, and said mine "might not be in stock." Only when I was about to leave did he check--and suddenly there was a shipment coming. When he finally started the order, he quoted $2,100. I showed him the exact Goman web page again. He said he "couldn't find it," and I literally had to guide him through their own website. After talking to the manager, he agreed to match the $1,999. Then I showed him Home Depot's $1,895 price. His response: "Grab it." Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Told the manager. He brushed it off as a "wrong model" mistake--completely false, since the salesperson had already confirmed the correct model. Manager said they'd match Home Depot, but wanted $199 + tax for delivery/removal, which Home Depot includes. I walked out and bought it at Home Depot. Misleading price-match promise, evasive behaviour, and disrespectful service. Definitely not going back.

As this hood has no name on it AND I had no paperwork after all these years, I took a chance on calling them. Well, I spoke to Theresa at Goemans. She asked for my phone number and.....bingo. She checked her computer, found my sales invoice and forwarded it to me. With that info, I was able to download a manual and determine both how to change the bulb and what bulb was needed. New bulb has now been installed and all is working as expected. After sale customer service? 10/10 so thank you !

When I contacted them, the service representative had already processed the delivery of a new remote unit at no cost! I received the new unit and easily installed it by the end of that week. How is the onus on the customer to know the part numbers of the missing grill components? I reached out to Kent again - no reply, no follow-up that was about 2 weeks ago. At this point, I realized I was dealing with a company that isn't invested in customer satisfaction post-delivery. I called DCS directly in the US, explained my situation - escalated the lack of support from the unresponsive dealer. Finally, I got the parts shipped from Lancaster, TX, in 48 hours by FedEx. It took me two days to get a part Barbecues Galore declined to take ownership of their delivery issues and kept the customer in limbo for seven weeks. This has by far been the worst customer support experience I have ever encountered.

They refused to move anything at all. they had to cut a small piece of drywall and they refused - I do it myself - when trying to connect the washing machine hoses they said that the tube was too high and had to be cut - no, it was not high, and it is composed of two threaded sections, if they removed one it was enough, but they did not want to and did not finish the job. I spoke to customer service to complain about the service and they refused to listen that they already had the delivery report and that it was what it was, that is to say they gave the reason to the deliveries and not to the customer. They refused to pass me a supervisor, a person named Aisha. I decide that I prefer to cancel the order because of these attitudes (especially Aisha) and bad service and that they come for their appliances and they tell me that I have to do a process and that if I want to return my appliances I should go for them myself and go to the warehouse, they lost a good customer (tanks to Aisha) of more than 25 years, and I have bought more than 100K of them.

That date came and went with no delivery and no notification that it would be delayed. I called to reschedule delivery for April 23, 6-9pm. That time also came and went with no delivery and no one calling me to notify me that it would be delayed. I have now spoken to approximately 10 different people from Teletime and no one will take responsibility for this issue or ensure it is handled. I will avoid purchasing anything from Teletime ever again. They are simply awful. "Prince" is the salesperson I spoke with. He is not trustworthy.

My stove was not working and I paid $80 for a service call. Quite objectively, here is my experience…read more The booking was smooth and they did get someone to my place within 24 hours after the initial call but here is why I will never deal with them again - No visibility into what it's going to cost me to repair my appliance when I called initially - the initial diagnostic onsite to get someone to one's place is $50 which is perhaps the lowest in the business but there is no troubleshooting or asking whats wrong. The moment the technician entered my home he told me two things without looking into the situation - It is going to cost me $245 + parts to repair my kitchen appliance without diagnosing the unit and regardless of how long it is going to take to fix the unit. - Even if the parts cost me more than what I hope to pay, they will still charge me $245 for labour which I think I could have been told before the repair EVentually, I paid them $50 wiith them not spending not more than 2 mins looking into the situation or what could be wrong with the unit
