Excellent service from Appliance World. Found the fridge freezer we wanted on the website and the price was very competitive but found the same item slightly cheaper on another site. Phoned them up and was offered a discount to make the appliance cheaper than anyone else. Ordered on Sunday morning and had the new fridge freezer in my kitchen by Monday afternoon. Was sent text messages informing of estimated delivery time and then when they where on their way to me. Delivery men where polite and friendly, they removed my old appliance and delivered the new one quickly, following covid guidance while doing so. Bought appliances from Appliance World for over thirty years. We had our new boiler fitted by them a few years ago, and boiler maintenance for over ten years. Have recommended them for both appliances and maintenance. They have been especially good with my 'older' friends and relations I have taken there. recently saw an add in the paper for a central heating coverplan from appliance world. they are over £100 cheaper than what i was paying with british gas. phoned booked an appointment, engineer think he was called mark came on time the next morning(lovely police man)found out my friend has been using them for years nice to find an honest reliable company that saves me money. read more

just bought a bosch washing machine from this company. I pass their showroom on the way to work everyday. I called in Tuesday morning picked one and they delivered and fitted it the same day. clean tidy workmen took the old machine and connected it which wasn't straightforward as they had to drill the cupboards. all done for no extra charge. brilliant service would highly recommend! read more
