They found a smaller 3 tube tent for me, a demonstration was done there and then, nothing was too much trouble. My car had no tow bar. A call to North West Towbars and a towbar was fitted that day! Phoned them up and was offered a discount to make the appliance cheaper than anyone else. Ordered on Sunday morning and had the new fridge freezer in my kitchen by Monday afternoon. Was sent text messages informing of estimated delivery time and then when they where on their way to me. Delivery men where polite and friendly, they removed my old appliance and delivered the new one quickly, following covid guidance while doing so.
