I want to make sure its clear to what happend before my re-post -…read more I don't normally escalate matters like this, but I am angry, deeply disappointed, and stunned by how this situation was handled. I have stayed with PCL before and chose to return specifically because of the understanding shown last year when I needed to move a reservation due to my father being ill. That experience built trust. What happened this time completely destroyed it. This weekend, standing outside the door of our room, before we had even checked in--my wife and I received a call that our son was in the hospital and he had passed away. In a matter of minutes, our world collapsed. We immediately left for the airport to get home and say goodbye. I called the after-hours office to explain the situation and was told it would be taken care of. When I followed up, the response I received was cold and dismissive. I was told "sorry for your loss," followed immediately by "the owner needs to be paid," and that nothing could be done. There was no willingness to pause, escalate, or meaningfully consider the circumstances just an abrupt end to the conversation. What made this worse was being told by the manager that she had "friends and family who have died and understands." That comment was inappropriate. Losing friends or family members is not the same as losing a child. This is not about the money. It is about principle and basic human decency. We had not checked in. We did not stay a single night. We left because our child died. Treating this as a routine cancellation and responding in this way was shocking Because of how this was handled, I will never return to PCL, nor will I recommend it. I sincerely hope you take a hard look at how situations like this are managed and whether your team is truly empowered to respond with compassion rather than policy-first indifference when it matters most. After I removed this post upon request of the owners and good faith Bait and Switch - I want to share an update after removing my previous reviews, based on direct communication from the General Manager "Heleena" and family owner. At the beginning of this process, Heleena set clear expectations that they would work to accommodate the situation if I reconsidered and removed my reviews. She emphasized multiple times that a negative review would impact their small family business and asked me to take that into consideration while they worked toward a resolution. Trusting that, I updated and removed my reviews across platforms. I was then asked to provide a death certificate--as if validation was needed, which, despite how difficult that was, I provided. After doing all of that and waiting, here is the exact response I received: "Given the extraordinary circumstances surrounding this reservation, I did review the situation with the homeowner. While we are not able to offer a full credit again, we would like to extend a $350 credit toward a future stay with Park City Lodging, valid for the next 12 months." To be clear--this was for a ~$2,000 stay that we never used, as we left immediately after learning our son had passed away and returned back home within hours, AGAIN never staying a single night.. I'm sharing this because what was positioned as a compassionate resolution felt more like a bait and switch. I was asked to remove my reviews by "Heleena" in good faith, only to be presented with this outcome afterward. Maybe its because she is leaving the company she gave this less of a thought.. Others can make their own judgment, but for me, this experience has been incredibly disappointing and shows the character of the company..

They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free, which truly made a difference. It's rare to encounter such consistently friendly and professional service these days. I highly recommend Park City Lodging to anyone looking for a positive, reliable experience.

We all had very comfortable rooms with en suite bathrooms. The house has all the amenities anyone would want with spacious areas, multiple decks, a dining room to seat all, and is well appointed with supplies, dishes, kitchen items, etc. Throughout our booking and payments, the owner, Travis, and his manager, Gregg, were wonderfully cooperative, informative, and considerate. The house's location was perfect for walks down into town, as well as easy access to the ski trails for hiking. We highly recommend this house for any large gatherings, and we fully intend to return someday for another visit to Park City.

It was perfect! The house featured 10 individually decorated bedrooms including ensuite bathrooms in each, restaurant-style kitchen appliances, an exercise room (if skiiing and snowboarding wasn't enough), a hot tub, wet bar and beautiful wood-burning fireplace. The house was just a short walk from the historic downtown Park City, which had a wide array of different shops and restaurants. The Grand Love Shack is very highly recommended to anyone searching for the perfect house tucked away in historic Park City, Utah. A 5-star vacation rental!

Their office is located across the street at few businesses down, we checked in there and got our keys and welcome bag. Our condo was a one bedroom, two bath, full equipped kitchen with all appliance (oven, fridge, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and closet with a washer/dryer). Nice wood cabin style living room with a wood burning fireplace. It was cute and cozy. We had a small balcony with sliding doors to the bedroom. It could comfortably fit four people! It's a great location..quiet, five minute walk from PC Mountain Resort, near the grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown. The only bad thing about Copperbottom was the sewage smell from the barhrooms. I read a few reviews on tripadvisor that warned us about the odor from the bathrooms but I didn't realize it was that bad. We called the front desk and they kindly brought a few glade plug-ins to replace the empty ones that were already plugged in to the outlets. Hot tub in the basement isn't the best but it's open 24 hours..you need the code to get access (it'll be on your welcome envelope). This isn't an actual hotel so daily housecleaning isnt included unless you order it. The condos are equipped with extra clean towels and supplies in the closets. It is a nice home away from home.

So please understand when you come here for a tournament or a vacation they don't have Air conditioning in many places. we got a room in Windham copper bottom inn and I insisted on air conditioning because I am old.So this condo had two fans and I requested an air-conditioner which is off-the-wall it's portable it sucked . You could never tell exactly what the temperature was in the room with the portable air conditioner. So let's go onto when you get into a condo you want to pay for the room but yet are you going to cook in the room or are you not, it depends on what you're doing there in Park city Utah. Let's say you spend all day playing and having fun and doing stuff with friends or family but then by the time we go back to your room you don't want to cook. Be careful what you buy for groceries because there's going to be times you're not going to want to go back to your hotel/condo and cook anything you're going to go back there and relax and maybe go to dinner or lunch or breakfast who knows it depends on what you're thinking. it's a tourist trap but yet there's so many people that work there that rely on living there and making a living off the rest of us and I feel for them. We did cook dinner at night it got hot in the room. So may be in your best interest not to cook .Most of the restaurant were really good and had really good pricing and the service was really the good as well. Also there is lots of stuff to do. Expect to use a grand without even paying for the rooms. Just food, gas, restaurants, whatever. We never bought souvenirs because they will go in the trash quickly. Also ladies HEAT HEAT HEAT! Be ready and get ready for their stupid alcohol laws. Like in the 1800s. There are actually better places to go in Utah. GOOD LUCK!

We had a group of…read morecouples traveling from Southern California for a birthday, and rented a property in Deer Crest. The property was stunning and no detail was left undone. We were nearly snowed in the second day and woke up to a call from management asking if we needed anything. We didn't, but the gesture was appreciated and a nice touch. The home was well-stoked and exactly as it was pictured/described. The booking agent we worked with was knowledgeable, responsive and honored our needs. Remote communication was extremely efficient. The only feedback I have is that key pickup at the steakhouse is a bit odd. It makes sense, but not necessarily the most convenient. Nonetheless, a world class rental company and experience! We look forward to booking another property with Lespri next winter! Sincerely, Tangerine M.

Property owners beware--excessive maintenance fees and sparse bookings…read more I entrusted my townhome to Lespri for the Winter ski season in Park City. I really wanted to work with a local company and since Lespri was working with our HOA for our common areas, I presumed they would be capable of managing my property (I later found out that our HOA ended their contract for unknown reasons). On the plus side, they do seem organized and handled guest issues and turnover of the property in a timely fashion. That said, their bookings were extremely sparse in the prime ski months of January and February. They only generated one booking in January for the first three days of Sundance, leaving it unoccupied for the rest of the festival. Only one guest was booked in February, for a total of eight nights. With no bookings on the calendar for March, I decided to move back to town early and that's when Lespri showed its true colors as a business. On my final statement they billed over $1100 for "maintenance" in a month where there was only one guest stay. The final bill included a raft of charges that normally would have been billed at a quarter-hourly rate being billed at full hour rate of $110. They charged $280 for a snow delay for housekeeping. This "snow delay" charge was added despite the fact the snowstorm that week came the night AFTER housekeeping turned over my property for the next guest. They even socked in a $27 charge for tissue, which isn't something owners are responsible for with guest stays. I've lived in this new-build townhome for over two years and haven't had to spent more than a few hundred dollars on maintenance, yet Lespri managed to rack up over $1100 in maintenance for a week-long guest stay. As an owner, all these excessive maintenance charges look like an attempt to maximize revenue in a slow season. Sadly for Lespri, it's a downward spiral because I will never work with them again, and I'm sure other owners feel the same way after being handed a padded maintenance bill like this. See the attached bill for what you can look forward to as an owner working with Lespri!
