Beautiful, breath taking views! I had a lovely stay here. Stayed in August this year. The Caledonian is located right on Main Street next to the Kimball Arts Center. Originally I had booked at one of their other hotels on Main street. I found out there would be no air conditioning in that unit, so I called and they swiched me over to the Caledonian with no additional cost! Great customer service! Such a roomy unit. Two master bedrooms with baths. Open floorplan, hot tub, balconies from every room. Outdoor eating area. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and air conditioning! A must in the summer heat. The Beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Like heaven! Staff is more than helpful, curteous and friendly. They even went out to help me park my huge truck in the underground parking structure! Also free parking! You can't beat the location on Main Street. It was a great summer get away in the mountains! I will be back!

Stayed in Airbnb condo at Caledonian. Location, location, location! Its all about the location of this condo. We enjoyed staying on the historic downtown Park City next to the town chair lift. We walked around the historic area and really enjoyed shopping on main street. Loved the convenience of walking out the door and being at the center of it all. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. Two king size beds would have been nicer but the Queens worked. Shower was perfect, never used the Jacuzzi tube. Double sinks a plus, but they were clogged. Mountains climate is VERY DRY and the static electricity in the condo was incredible. I had to use a new method for turning on the lights without getting shocked. We had two humidifiers upstairs which helped a little. Only way to control humidity would be to put in a whole house humidifier. Stayed in the condo for 6 nights and only went out for dinner 1 night because we were too tired to deal with the restaurant craziness during the holidays. We ordered our groceries online and enjoyed cooking in the condo after skiing all day.. Loved the hot tub on the balcony that faced the mountain and main street. The balcony also faces the Whiskey Bar which was fun to people watch. The Park City ski trails down the mountain are blue but most the times I would consider them double blue or black. Because everyone wants to get down the mountain at the end of the day they became very icy. My wife and daughter took the chairlift down the last day, which was a good call. Parking was very easy and again loved being feet away from the chairlift. We would definitely come back again. Next time we might come back with 12-14 people so we might have to find another location. Park City is made up of three zones for those who ski. Park City historic downtown chairlift, Park City Resort, and Park City Canyons village. All these locations offer different options for skiing and lodging. I am not a big fan of driving to dinner and shopping so I picked the historic downtown.

Beautiful place!! I booked a room here last minute and was impressed with the size of the room and what it had to offer. For $216 a night I thought it was very reasonable. Especially being right in the downtown area. I would absolutely stay here again!! A++

I wanted to stay by the town lift during Easter week to avoid the crowds expected in the resort area.

Walkable into town - really cute Main Street. Perfect location if you are skier (when season is open). Units were quiet for most part - however could def hear the folks directly above us. Cons: Couch beds like paper - do not recommend for anyone outside of tiny young children. Only a few elevators - super slow. Parking spaces are tight- had regular size suv and would not go any larger. They want you to run DW, take out trash, wash towels, gather linens upon leaving when you are an owner. While I want to be helpful I'm also on vacation, have paid for the timeshare, pay ownership maintenance dues for upkeep and should not have to feel like I need to fully clean upon leaving. We did help but the only trash cans were in parking level and we were on 3rd floor - very inconvenient. Didn't like the fact they asked all that.

There were hoards of people all with large groups. We learned that this is a vacation club & there were no perks. There is no breakfast, no club room, parking is $25 daily ... We were given a property map, restaurant recommendations, & told to go to the Welcome Center. At the welcome center we were given a packet with 10% off a few shops and restaurants. We were offered a deal to come back for 3 days paying $200 & additional $300 or $400 when we stay. Check-in was at 4 o'clock and check out at 10 in the morning . We drove in reverse to the underground parking lot & went to the Alpine lodge room 5408. There are 6 lodges with restaurants, a pool & fitness center at the other end of the property. Our small room had a microwave, small refrigerator, dishes for 2, a safe, an outdated drip coffee pot for one cup, 1 luggage rack & no view. I was surprised that a van was bringing guests from another Marriott to our hotel. The pool was packed with lots of children. The water pressure was good, the king bed was plush & comfortable, and the air-conditioning kept us cool. The ceiling fan over a bed was a plus. I discovered that a vacation club isn't for us. All of the amenities here we have at home. After traveling for almost a month, the room was very tight. There was no housekeeping nor refreshing of items in the room. We went to a local market to shop for coffee, milk, soap, napkins... Marriott provided a list of where to take out our garbage recyclables and how to change bedding... on the way to the garbage room there was broken glass.

My expectations for this hotel was kind of low based the things I heard and from a previous stay in another city. Sure, the room was minimalistic and did not have much furniture in it. A sofa in the room would've made the room smaller. All the room had in it was a bed, table, chair, refrigerator and an ironing board. But, that was enough to make it an relaxing room for us. The bathroom was adequate. The shower had both a fancy shower faucet, and hand shower. Korres body wash, shampoo and conditioner was a nice change from the usual Marriott special soaps. The only strange thing about the bathroom was the square toilet. As a Titanium Elite member, breakfast was provided downstairs in their dining room. Breakfast was better than what I had heard. I had heard that it was a Euro breakfast with not much to eat except for a bunch of lunchmeat, toast and yogurt. The lunchmeat turned out to be manchago, brie and cheddar cheese, dry salami, prosciutto and oven roasted turkey. They did have yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, croissants and scones. In addition to these items, they also had hot items like a proscuitto toast and a freshly cooked waffle with fruit. The breakfast was much better than most of the Bonvoy brands. Their gym had treadmills, ellipticals and dumb bells. There wasn't much in there, but, enough to get a good workout. Even I didn't use it, the pool did look nice. From check in to check out, service was very good. The front desk was good at meeting our needs. The restaurant staff was able to meet my needs for breakfast. I was impressed to see that the GM of the hotel worked in the restaurant in the mornings when they were shorthanded. It was a good hotel for us and a great stay.
