I called to ask if I could ship it back and get a refund and I was told "we don't give refunds for damaged items." Seems a bit unreasonable when the shirt was obviously poor quality but definitely not priced that way. I'll admit the store is cute and has a lot of cute merchandise, but I wouldn't purchase another item.

Prices are fair, good sales, lots of in stock inventory, and so much variety to fit your personal style and fashion needs! However, the reason this location is receiving a 3 star review is because their customer service skills are lacking and the employees are not the most pleasant to be around. They aren't very helpful, there have been a few time where I've tried to ask a question and they are very avoidant. When you're checking out the cashiers are always very cold and do not engage at all. They almost seem annoyed with customers which is a very disappointing reaction to receive. I can tell a lot of time has been put in to filling this store with the latest trends, classic pieces and items that will flatter women of all shapes and sizes. They even had the cutest selection of baby and children's clothing that made me wish my kids were young again. Sigh... My husband accompanied me so I know he appreciated the sales rack! I got a few items from there that were just as cute as the regular priced outfit I got. I didn't have a lot of time but there were several shelves that had wonderfully scented soaps, jewelry, candles and more. I expressed to her that I dread Jean shopping because I struggle finding jeans that fit my waist to hip ratio properly... She jumped right on the challenge and had me try on three different pairs and met me in the dressing room with a few more styles that she found.
