For all my XS and S girls, they hardly carry our size. You'll have better luck here if you like how larger sizes fit, or are looking for jewelry and accessories. After sifting through various clothing throughout their dim lit store, they mainly carry L, XL and above. I saw two size M and one size S. There may have been more, but it was so dark I should have brought a flashlight. I asked one of the associates if they carry size S, she stated that they are 'having a hard time getting size S from the brands they get their clothing from'. Hmm. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience. This is easily my favorite boutique! Every time I wear an outfit from Courtneys, including my favorite jeans (Hidden), I get so many compliments. Cute clothes, reasonable prices, and a lovely atmosphere give me enough reason to drive from Fort Worth to Waco just to shop there. I have shopped here for years and have always been greeted with cheerfulness and offers to help without hovering. The staff always offers to start a dressing room for me when they see I have found something I might like. Courtney's also has good jewelry choices, adorable little girls' clothes, and darling home accessories. It will always be my first stop when I am looking for an outfit or gift! read more

Courtney's is a beautiful store with lots of beautiful selections of the latest trends. I truly wish I could've loved this store, but as a soon as I walked in I knew it wasn't going to be a great experience. Most of the employees (there were three or four) were nearby silent, and barely interacted with any of the customers in the store, it was so incredibly awkward. No greetings, no helpful introductions, nothing. One finally came up to me when I had some stuff in my hands and said they would get a dressing room for me. Most of the selections I saw were super cute! Lots of western vibes with some super trendy pieces as well. Their sizes were pretty much Small, Medium, Large, no real in between. Their prices are pretty standard for any local boutique, but I will say as I found stuff I liked I looked up each piece on Poshmark and found 6 out of the 7 items I had tried on on the Poshmark app for a cheaper price. So maybe before you spend an arm and a leg for below average customer service, try secondhand shopping instead! read more

I love to shop at Courtneys. I live in the Dallas metroplex, but find more selection of unique, great looking clothing at Courtneys. I have also taken some of my Dallas friends in and they are now "addicted" too. As for not having enough small sizes, I always find something to buy and I wear an XS or S. read more

If you want Baylor or California transplants ONLY in there... post it. No reason to waste our time or $$. I was going to buy & wanted....head calculation total: $200.... but you weren't even willing to acknowledge my presence while carrying around boxes. 3 workers walked past me (maybe owner, idk). Not even eye contact. The workers did acknowledged however (thoroughly acknowledged) the prior noted people types. You all watched me put everything back, but still.... nothing. This is by far my favorite place to shop for women's clothing. The styles are always current and somehow they come back from market with clothes choices that are both classic and trendy. Baylor girls and this 68 year old grandma love Courtneys! I also appreciate the openly Christian environment and the helpful and sweet owner and employees. This is a favorite of mine and my daughter's. They have the cutest, trendiest, and classiest clothing. I'm pretty strict about what she is allowed to wear, and I feel comfortable letting her pick out her wardrobe here with no hesitation. Their prices are what you would expect for boutique quality, but not what I consider high. I like being able to browse without being bombarded by staff, and they are really good about this. Very friendly and helpful when going for a specific look. I've found the newer staff to be a little over bearing and obnoxious, but I suppose they are just earning commission. Luckily, the one has been on her phone (ugh my pet peeve in the service industry!) the past couple of times, so I just steer clear and aim for the manager/owner? and the staff I do recognize. This is the best boutique! I live in Dallas and make trips to Waco to go shop here. The owners are a wonderful family that are very helpful.
