They have provided TWO updates on our take down since the install. 1.) 12/22- take downs will begin 01/05 and someone would be reaching out to let us know when ours would be scheduled the next week (12/27) 2.) 02/05- sorry for the delays due the weather (that didn't occur until 3+ weeks after their prior date) and no other info provided... I have called many times, when they actually answer the phone, they give zero answers other than "we hope to have all jobs completed by [insert a date that will be missed here], even though I'm asking when MY house will be done, not every job they have to do... I've emailed and gotten no response, and they have not replied to not one of my texts. The install was nearly as bad, it was rescheduled A LOT but I gave them grace knowing they'd done such a good job for us before and they were experiencing issues getting jobs completed due to ICE being in town. They were at least giving me updates even if it was at 10 pm the night before my "install" when they would let me know I'd been rescheduled again. I paid for my lights to be installed and taken down. If I COULD put them up myself, or take them down, I wouldn't have needed to hire someone. I can't even get my landscaping done since my shrubs are wrapped with Xmas lights still.
