The cleaning I received from Chores and Floors has been one of the best cleanings that I ever received. To start, the team that arrived was punctual and extremely professional. With the holiday, my schedule was extremely tight so them arriving on time was so appreciated. They cleaned my entire home and even noticed things that I didn't. The attention to detail was truly unmatched and I felt like I was left with a brand new home. I also have two medium/large dogs, and I was impressed by the way they were able to treat those high traffic areas. If you're a pet owner, you know how it feels to be nervous about your pets making your home stink, and the Pet Odor treatment completely handled that. I almost forgot I had dogs running around my house after the cleaning lol. The team was also extremely efficient, and I look forward to my next cleaning. I wanted to update the review to ensure everyone knew that they did come back out to clean the place to rectify issues with the first visit. This was a much better and thorough clean and took a little longer than the first due to attention to detail. Time was miscommunicated again which is why it is not going up to 5 stars. 6 hours for two bathrooms I ended up cancelling the rest of the service. They sent one girl then after 4 hours another girl finally came likely the owner. Bathrooms are clean but they should be after 6 hours. read more

Paradise and her team came in and made the space I moved in to feel like a space I could make mine. All while my two little boys found opportunities to make small talk. Paradise has a great energy and working with Chores and Floors was a wonderful experience. I am giving 2 stars only because the cleaning was done well but there were a myriad of issues that led to this rating. I scheduled for a team cleaners to come out to do a move out cleaning. Ms. Paradise responded and we got things scheduled. I was initially quoted $300 for the service but shortly after received a new message the the cost would be $500 and they would give a 25% discount leaving the total to be $393.75. I let it slide because I had really been exhausted with the process of finidng a cleaner amongs other moving services and put down the deposit for the service. The team of 3 cleaners were supposed to arrive between 9am-10am though I had asked for them to arrive at 9am due to having carpet cleaners coming in at 1pm. On the day of the cleaning, everyone was late. Ms. Paradise arrived around 10:15-ish, solo. As soon as she arrived she let me know one young lady was going to be late and the other had called out and wouldn't be showing up at all. Now, as a customer, I quite frankly do not care about the reason someone in your company will be no-showing or late. That is the company's issue, not mine. I am paying for a service to be done. The professional thing to have done would be to have a backup for these situations. No backup. As far as the young lady that was going to be late, I expected 10-20 minutes late, 30 minutes TOPS. Not 3 HOURS!!! Everyone was already late but to be 3 hours late is WILD! I expected this service to take around 4 hours as the place was completely empty and mostly carpet (which I already had carpet cleaners set to clean these). It took 7.5 hours. My carpet cleaner arrived on-time at 1pm and had to work around them and he even finished before they did. The ladies did a pretty decent job with cleaning but this entire ordeal was beyond unprofessional and frustrating. No discount or accomodations for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism. The ladies were nice and I appreciate the job but unfortunately, I believe this is my first and last time giving this company a try. read more

I'm a long-distance landlord and I hired Chores and Floors to clean up my rental house after a tenant vacated. Wow, the tenant had totally trashed the place! There was junk inside and out. The place was absolutely filthy and full of trash. Chores and Floors worked hard to get the place entirely clean, spending many more hours than we had initially planned. They even worked on hauling all the junk away once the place was clean. They worked incredibly hard and did a great job. They were excellent communicators and sent before and after pictures and checked in with me about questions. They offer a new customer discount which saved me a lot of money. There were some delays the day of the project (cleaning and applying contact paper to some of my hanging kitchen cabinets), but both individuals were apologetic, friendly and efficient. I felt the price I paid was fair for the work done. I will use them again when I'm ready to do the same for my floor cabinets and drawers. read more
