When I arrived I checked in with a woman who said "I'm Wendy and I'll be doing your manicure & pedicure." I thought yes- I got Wendy! All of her reviews are right! She is great! She takes her time and does everything wonderfully. I had a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The spa pedicure is worth the extra money- her massage was super relaxing. I decided to do white on my nails which is a first for me, I'm so happy I did. Her lines are so clean & neat, I just look at my nails and smile! Thanks Wendy!!!

We stumbled upon Girl.ishh as it was close to where we had lunch. Finding the spot isn't easy as it's through some double doors and up stairs and tucked away in a unit. We stumbled upon the entrance as we got to the door I'm assuming it was the owner finished with a client. She asked if she could help us and we basically said we're looking for a pedicure and if she had any open- her look to us seemed distasteful and so she said she didn't have any. We asked if she recommending any and she was like "do you have a car?" But it's the way she said it. She looked at her phone for a second and said she had no availability- which tells me she didn't want to help- that's fine. The recommendations we got were "there's a lot of walk-ins and they're Asian shops." First off, you have no tact. I'm absolutely all for supporting anyone and everyone who is willing to work and do nails- regardless of what you are or aren't. Before I tried finding her shop I called and got her voicemail. After I left the shop she texted me asking if she could help... you made that clear you couldn't help. I wouldn't recommend as she just seemed stuck up and not very pleasant.

I used her manicure, pedicure, and leg waxing services all of which were done exactly as needed. Alexis is a pro! Personally, I prefer an intimate experience versus being lined up in row of massage chairs with technicians who only engage with few questions at the beginning of the appointment. Alexis chats with me about multiple topics and there's always something to laugh about during the session. I'm a definite repeat customer and will continue to do so for as long as I live here. The guy seemed like he was in a rush because of how busy they were and when that's the case it seems like it's quantity over quality for them.
