On my last visit I was driving my parents car that was in desperate need of a wash and vacuum. It was Saturday evening and the line was kind of long. We waited about 10 minutes before going through. There was an employee who pre-washed the car, first with soap then with water, before we drove through which was a great added service. After the wash I drove into one of the vacuum spots. Tip, you have to hit a button to start the vacuums lol. I vacuumed while my Dad use the complimentary cleaner and rags on the windshield. He said he wished he knew what they used because it worked like magic. The car was shining and all the dirt inside was gone. Good experience.

He yelled at me l asking me if I knew the vacuums cost 10,000 dollars and told me that a wet/damp floor would ruin them. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I have PTSD from an incident that happened as a child and avoid loud noises at all costs, never would I have thought I would be yelled at by an employee while minding my business and cleaning my car. Once I got into my car I was shaking and crying because of how he handled the situation and raised his voice at me. I am an educated woman completing a degree at Ohio University, simply telling me to stop what I was doing would do the trick. I can't believe the disrespect I experienced at this facility today. Then when they push the button, regardless of what you have said, they push the accept button and continue to charge you. Then they refuse to give your money back.
