We had a leak, and the area was pointed out, prior to contracting. The tile was removed, but the area behind the leaking, porous tile and grout, was never properly treated, before new tile and Marbelite was applied. It had been 11 years since we had a pool built to our specifications, but Terry, their sales representative, spent several hours with us hearing our wants and needs and making suggestions and explaining how the pool equipment had been improved since our last pool. We went with her suggestions and have absolutely no complaints - only compliments! Aqua Blue provided us with a timeline of 12 to 14 weeks, and to our surprise they exceeded our expectations. They were actually able to begin construction 4-5 weeks ahead of schedule and completed the entire job several weeks sooner than anticipated. Used them for several months and had multiple issues with their tech using excessive chemicals to the point our pool was only swimmable half of each week. Even after complaining the company didn't replace our pool guy or try to fix any issues. Will never use them again. They're cheap for a reason.
