Arrived at 2nd home to find no water. Called Mike and he instructed me on how to reset the pump motor control which I did. Told me it was up to me whether to schedule service or not. Told him I would wait to see if it worked. It did but it was obvious there were additional issues. Called Mike back figuring it would be a week or so and he rescheduled an existing job (as they had water) and showed up an hour later. Had to change some pipes and pump in the well and accomplished that day. To top it all off he educated me along the way and told me to send him a check to avoid cc fees.
