I've rented from this place twice now when coming to town from Medford to work on my dads yard. My…read more2nd bad experience with bullet so I feel I have to say something. I figured the first time was just an employee having a bad day so I didn't hold it against them. The 2nd time, still very disappointed in every aspect of my rental. The guy helping me load my tiller was not only rude but it was clear he had no idea what he was doing since I had to show him how to start it. This is something I've never experience at United Rental in Medford. It took me 45 minutes to pick up a tiller when there was only 1 other customer there. Unacceptable. When I told the manager, he acted like it was normal and said "he must have been having a bad day" and smirked at me. When dropping it off after my rental, I had to unload it myself since nobody was coming out to help. It's a rag of an operation. I warn you to stay clear especially since there are 2 other equipment stores in town. Whatever you do go to either Halversen's or Power Pac before you ever consider Bullet. I know I'll be avoiding them like the plague.

Needed a carrier bearing replaced. Was told I was getting a Spicer brand replacement. Had the work…read moredone and as soon as I left the lot it was making howling noises. Asked to have them look at it. Was treated pretty rudely by the front desk lady's like I was an inconvenience to them. Whatever. Took it back after noticing a bolt was missing out of my driveline and the drive line was heavily sagging in the carrier bearing. Asked if that was normal and was told yep totally normal. So I had to take to someone else who looked at it and showed that we could rock the driveline back and forth at least an inch in all directions and was told it shouldn't budge more than maybe 2000ths of an inch at most. Had then look it up to find that they used the cheapest alternative not the Spicer. So forked out more hard earned money and had a Spicer installed and would you believe it it doesn't move at all in the carrier bearing. Avoid this place at all cost. They clearly can't count to 4 when installing bolts and must be blind and incompetent to tell a customer that it's normal your driveline flopping around when you drive. This place is a joke. If I can I will post a picture to prove it​

Amazing customer service ! Was traveling through town and I was having charging issues with my…read moretruck. Stop in and talk to John who came outside to test the battery & alternator in the truck . So turns out the alternator was going out , so John check to see if he had the part which he didn't , but he went the extra mile to call around town for me to find the part. Once we located a part at other place he offer to have me come back after I pick up the part to use there garage & tools to change the part to get me back on the road !!! Again amazing customer service & would recommend them over any other place in town . Again thank you John !!

With out my knowledge or permission thay took it upon them self too come back 5 days later and install parts on my hot water system. Used my fittings and billed me for them thay.charged 1000.$ + on that so 1920 just in over charges. That were not otherized by me. So I worked construction more than 50 years worst rip off i have ever seen how do thay still have a license that is if thay do?
