The machines are getting old and broken in various ways. The mens locker room has (for at least 3 years now) had a HORRIBLE fly infestation, which I have brought up several times to staff only to be told it won't be fixed because those in charge don't care, but they ARE aware....... which is unbelievable. This is in addition to the variety of broken shower fixtures, missing curtains, missing shower heads, unfilled soap dispensers.... They just spent who knows how many millions of taxpayer dollars to build a complex for the seniors..... but they won't do/fix ANYTHING for those who will be around for 30+ years....... so way to take care of a (literally) dying demographic as you fail to plan for the long term. Thanks for nothing, cause thats what you've offered someone who just wanted a safe clean place with functioning machines- not stinky, bug-infested, crime-plagued locker rooms. Oh I almost forgot! Beware in you're in the locker room as last time I saw a group of preteens recording videos with their phone and running in-and-out of the men's locker room, laughing as they recorded naked men. Oh as for the camera that points to the locker room; IT DOESN'T WORK! Staff explained that lovely detail to me when I reported this, so theres apparently no security nor camera(s). Maybe they just want a lawsuit, cause they have a legal duty to protect people who pay to be here, and boy do they fail.

In the last 3 years I've seen so much growth and confidence in her, and this is one of the many reasons that keeps us coming back. The staff here is incredible, they all seem to love their jobs and are so engaged with the children. My daughter has had many instructors as she had moved up and they all remember her by name, these personal touches are refreshing and much appreciated. Goldfish has done a really great job since COVID, they spray down chairs, changing rooms, bathrooms ect. In between classes, have reduced class sizes, barriers, and strict in times before lessons.

The two staff members were not welcoming toward us and seemed bothered by even the simplest questions. Instead of taking a moment to explain things, they told us to "refer to the pamphlet," shutting down any attempt to clarify what we were looking for. For a place that's supposed to promote health and community, the lack of basic courtesy was really disappointing. First impressions matter, and this one made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won't be joining.

I realize that people make mistakes and I expected management to correct the mistake. They never did. I came in there to get my money back twice. I spoke with Jennifer who said that this would be taken care of and it wasn't. It's been two weeks now with no credit on my credit card. This is very disappointing. I just a wanted people to know that this establishment doesn't do business fairly. I can't believe that they won't refund me my money when I provided them proof. Just thought people should know.
