There was nobody else waiting and no one ever showed up. Dr. Orsini and other staff walked past me several times and other than smiling did not acknowledge me. No one, including the nurse who told me to wait, stopped to check on me or to try to track down the technician. I was all but ignored. I was taking time off work to be there and it was obvious that no one was in any hurry to take the time to see me I left. It's a busy practice and I understand that there are delays but one of my biggest pet peeves is when I show up on time for an appointment and I am treated as a bother rather than a patient. The nurse who sat me down to wait for the x-ray was sitting at a desk. I am sure she was busy bit she also knew I was sitting a few feet away from her and didn't care at all, I suppose because I wasn't her problem anymore

I was in pain after every session and communicated this to the therapist. After 7 sessions I had to stop. Just walking was a challenge and I had to use a cane. A beach vacation was completely ruined and they refuse to compensate me in any way. 5 weeks later, I am starting to get back to normal and work with a different PT group. STAY AWAY FROM AQUACARE!

The billing staff had no interest in even discussing the bill with me. I would not have scheduled 2 sessions per week if I had known the true cost! Ryan Kardos, PT and Luther Rucker, PTA really know how to consistently "hit the spots" to bring things back to working order!
