Had them come out three times to fix the odor and was charged twice for something the system never did correctly. Solution they proposed was to pay 1600 for another piece or 400 for an attachment to chlorinate the system myself. Just disappointing that a company does not stand behind what they promised to deliver.

We found Charlotte County Water from a stand they had in Home Depot. This was the most uncomfortable high pressure / aggressive sales experience I've ever had. I just moved to the area from Los Angeles. The water quality in the area is not great. While it passes health standards, it smells and tastes bad. We were looking for a whole home system that purifies / conditions 100% of the water before it ever even gets in your home. Essentially, you have better than bottled water quality water in every faucet of your home. These systems are quite common in other parts of the country. When the salesman realized the products his company sells did not meet our standards, he became very aggressive at my wife and I. This included making unprofessional / factually incorrect statements about how these systems work, our desire for a higher quality system, and the community overall. He concludes by telling us that if he doesn't get the job, the prices will go up 40%. He also tried to scare my wife by asserting that 3% of the water in Venice is pesticide. This is simply a lie as that amount would kill every animal it comes in touch with (including humans). Before he stormed out, he did give us a quote for their top of the line system. He asked me to "lie about military service" to get a discount. I was so disgusted. Zero honesty, substandard products, and high pressure sales. Perhaps this is "par for the course" in the area, but this is not the kind of company that I would ever do business with. They are looking to take advantage of / scare people into buying. Thankfully, even the slightest amount of research will show that their entire sales pitch is based on lies.
