I found Mike Douglas the best fit for me. I worked through Michelle Torres in the front office and Paul Lucas the Territory Representative with Mike Douglass Trenchless Technologies. My experience working with them was outstanding. Great people, very clear on what they were doing and kept me up to date on progress and process. This was a huge Job! Just about $30,000 including City permits, Several full days. I had issues and wanted to get them addressed before I had bigger problems. So, I got them fixed. It's been a year, and everything is working properly with no issues and thought to write this review. 1st Job was cleaning horizontal drain and installing a CIPP Liner which included video inspection, hydro-jet cleaning and installation of 3" and 4" "Cured in Place Pipe Liner" (CIPP) in the existing Pipes under my homes foundation. Cast iron Pipe drainage issues, the lining extends the life of the pipes. Issues resolved. Peace of Mind! 2nd Job was a complete home Re-pipe, When I purchase my home there had been room and bathroom additions, but I had issues with water pressure getting to the new parts of the home. Frustrating to say the least so I decided to have the Copper freshwater lines caped and have new Lines installed throughout the entire home. All new freshwater PVC pipes installed accessing walls and attic to replace hot and cold-water lines in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, hose bid and water main. A new water heater and garbage disposal included. Another big Job. To Be honest this was the smartest investment I ever made. Water pressure is amazing, the lines were installed throughout the attic and run behind walls, so the work is not visible. 10 Year warranties. Its been a year and no issues and I love knowing I have clean fresh water coming into the house with amazing pressure on new lines. I highly recommend Mike Douglas, they did an outstanding job. Techs have been very courteous, and respectful of our property while doing good work and they show up when promised! They mounted an outside receptacle to plug in our emergency power generator and installed a circuit transfer switch in our electric panel to prevent our generator power from feeding back into the power company lines. We recently had them quote a whole house standby generator and they were honest with their recommendations, and the price was comparable to what had been quoted by a local big box store. However, because we don't have natural gas service in our area, we needed to go with a large propane gas storge tank, which our HOA restrictions required to be underground, making the whole project considerably more expensive than we could justify. We like the fact that their techs and salespeople do not work on commission, nor do they try to upsell like so many area "Do it all" service companies that offer, electrical, air-conditioning & plumbing services. Sergeants does only one thing and they do it very well.

Come to find out when mentioning it at a big neighborhood party, many had probl and issues with their work in the past, too.
