Super nice guy and scheduling was easy. But, they had to come back because they forgot all of my doors. No biggie. but then I noticed two windows in my den were only washed on outside. When I messaged them asking for a refund of the cost of two interior 36" windows, they only offered to come back again. I said it wasn't worth another trip back as I could clean the two windows in 5 minutes and that they could just give me a credit for 10-20 bucks. Never heard back. I paid over 500 to these people.
