I wanted to share my feedback because I've been telling anyone who will listen how impressed I was! The entire experience felt both personal and professional, from the initial home visit right through to moving day. That first visit really stood out to me it built trust from the start and gave me complete reassurance that I was in safe hands with Hilderbrands. On moving day, the team was absolutely fantastic, warm, friendly, and they didn't let me lift a finger! My bed was a real challenge to get down the stairs and around a tight corner in my old cottage, but they didn't give up and managed it without a scratch. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like taping the furniture keys inside the units or glass shelves, such attention to detail. When it came to unloading, they were punctual, methodical, and took the time to place everything exactly where it needed to go. They never rushed, and that made all the difference. read more

We received fantastic service from Hilderbrands from the start of the process right through to the delivery of our belongings to the new house. All the staff are extremely professional, helpful and supportive and we were very impressed with the organisation. The two removal lads who packed up the lorry, drove our belongings from Kent to Surrey and then unloaded into our new home were exemplary. They were courteous, professional and could not have been more helpful on what was a very stressful day for us. They were also extremely patient when completion on the property was somewhat delayed and we had to wait until the keys for the house were released so that they could start unpacking the lorry. We were most grateful to them, and to Hilderbrands Removals and Storage for assisting to make our move go so smoothly. We couldn't fault the service Hilderbrands gave when they moved us recently. Unlike some of the other firms that we got quotes from, they were so quick and helpful in their responses that we were put at ease straight away. They provided all of the boxes and packing materials needed. The day of the move was quicker and more stress free than we could have hoped for. They arrived at exactly the scheduled time, and were considerate and careful throughout the move. They had us unpacked in the new house by lunchtime, without a single item damaged. I was absolutely delighted with the service, worth every penny! The team were helpful, went above and beyond They worked around my scatty dog getting under their feet with no complaint, and me loitering and getting in the way! It took a huge weight off my mind knowing that everything was being taken care of, at the end of the day the house looked like most things were already in place and there was little for me to do other than start unpacking the boxes, all furniture was handled with care and even my 30 year old plant survived its 4th move with no broken branches. read more

The two men who worked with us last week: Karel and Gary, were superb. I really need to commend them and ask that their service to you, and to us as a family, be recognised. We had a heavy load and there were only the two of them who moved us over two days to Oxford. The temperatures ranged from 32 degrees to 46 in some areas at the time. They persevered and with smiles just went back and forth with the heavy things up and down stairs. They were outstanding under any circumstances, but with the challenge of that heat, they were exemplary. read more

We cannot recommend these people highly enough. We moved one house into storage, another house from Hertfordshire to Sittingbourne ... and then everything in storage came to Sittingbourne too (all over about 3 weeks). We engaged them for the full packing service and they took care of our bits and pieces like they were their own. Every element of the service, from the initial quote to the final invoice was highly professional and contributed to a worry-free experience. .... and they are such a fun bunch to work with. read more

What a wonderful furniture removal company! The guys were very polite, friendly and quick! They packed our belongings carefully, and unloaded at our new property with no breakage of any kind.
