I've visitedE&L pets several times and they never fail to have aquarium tubing and air stones/pumps, and everything else you would need to get a freshwater aquarium up and running. Last time I went they didn't have anything for saltwater. Their prices on some things were a little higher than what I could find online but I was paying for having it in-hand same day, which is nice. I think they also sell feeder mice for reptiles and they have a few permanent petsin their store that are not available for purchase. I used their services to re-home a small Indian Ring Neck parrot and they were able to take the bird same day and display it in the store until it sold (which I really appreciate). I called her over the following weekend to talk to her about one of the puppies I saw and she spent a great deal of time talking with me at her closing time about the puppy and training options and if the puppy would be the right fit for us. I went back in Monday to play with the puppy and luckily he was still there! Most of her other puppies were gone! I go pick up little "Harley" today! Wonderful service and a great lady! Will defiantly keep in touch with her for advice and grooming. She was VERY patient with the animals she was grooming when I was in there.

WORST pet grooming business in Bowling Green. Staff is very rude. Dogs are NOT cared for. I asked if they could explain to me to its been 10 hours with no food or water and locked in a crate all day. They tried to tell me they fed them and watered them but when we got home my dog drank an entire bowl of water (the one that refills itself) and inhaled food. 1. Why did they feed my dog food, that is not food she eats. Which can make her very sick. 2. You couldn't have fed or watered her, I know my dogs and how they act. They were locked them in a crate with another dog (that she does not know. Could make her sick, impregnate her) AWFUL business. Dirty business. Disrespectful. Rude. Obviously does not care for animals. Will never go back and will be calling the humane society to inform them of this experience and lack of animal care. Also, they "sell" dogs but all these poor puppies are locked in a crate 4-7 in a crate all shaken up, with little to no food or water. ANIMAL ABUSE!!!!!!

We didn't visit any animals in the enclosed areas due to the smell of the buildings. It was powerful and overwhelming-maybe not enough ventilation too? Several glasses for aquarium type animals had algae and all kinds of things growing inside of the glass. The kids treehouse area reeked as well but honestly probably due to the otters. We love zoos and aquariums, but it's definitely ranked at the bottom of my list for cleanliness. Which then begs the question-how well are the animals cared for? The carousel was a great experience. Tokens are $1 each (not info available online) so prices inside are also reasonable.

The tram is delightful and is like a train that runs all day you can get on and off where you want. They only have 1 place for food. It was really pretty good but super expensive. $10 for a burger or chicken sandwich or BLT without fries. The BLT was delicious but not worth $10. The burger was so small and just Okay the grilled chicken sandwich was a good size and the side of fries was $4 and huge. Those 2 were pretty worth it. We had a great day and would definitely go back. Oh also parking is free. Always a plus.
