They told us this organ failure was 100% developing before we even got him. She told us pet smart just buys from large commercial breeding grounds for hamsters that dont care any for there health. Petsmart treats there animals horrible. Also upgrade the hamsters enclosures in petsmart... how on earth do you think its okay to keep 2-3 hamsters in a enclosure smaller than my computer at home. ONE hamster alone needs 8x bigger than that atleast, theres also basically zero bedding in there enclosure to. I will never be buying here again.

The person said they would "look into it". Today is July 13 and the item is still being sold as appropriate for rats. This may seem like a minor complaint, but any responsible pet owner wants the best for their pets...we want them HAPPY, not just surviving. We have 10 pets in our house, and Pet food center will no longer have my business. I'll take it somewhere that chooses to sell items that are safe and appropriate for the pets that will live in them!

I spoke to the owner about the matter several times only getting that this somehow must have been my fault! Come to find out it was not the case! The fish they sold me had fin rot and infected my fish with this bacteria of sorts. Nice enough guy but I want be purchasing from this store again!!
