Adna was able to design and install a wall that exceeded our expectations, and allowed us to utilize all of our space. They were able to complete all the work with little peripheral damage, and were clean and courteous with the neighborhood despite the intrusive nature of the project. The entire project was completed exactly on the estimated budget, and within the exact projected time. All of this even with a few add-ons to the project! Horrible customer service! Came home to my gravel driveway covered in dirt and cement drippings and tire tracks, and my front lawn with 2-3" difference of levels from the cement trucks rolling over it! They used my driveway with out permission to pour my neighbors! I called immediately friday to voice my concern to the owner Josh Grimm got voice mail. Called again saturday twice and got voicemail still know one called us. We finally had to involve the police who got ahold of him right away, said he would call us monday. NEVER CALLED US. with out speaking to us came over with out our permission grated our driveway did not take out the cement chunk of tire track that has now hardened and threw black soil on my front lawn. Called again to get voicemail again. Josh finally called again on tuesday and was more upset we involved the police than that he had done wrong. He argued with me as to why the police had to be called and that he left our yard in fine condition. It has been two weeks since i spoke to him and he has yet to lay grass seed down! If you want crapy service and zero follow up this is your company.
