When Lily was called about their no-show she repeatedly DENIED ever SCHEDULING this appointment and refused to apologize besides. This is a HORRIBLY RUDE AND INSULTNG COMPANY. But my card on file had expired, and they had the audacity to ask for an updated one. Excuse me, but I'll hand over my payment details when the appointment fits my calendar, not when their system decides it's showtime. The nerve of these folks! And here's the kicker: they couldn't squeeze me in later in October because, apparently, their VIP membership club gets the red-carpet treatment. She was able to understand our design preferences and work with our budgetary concerns. We were able to get effective, attractive lighting at a price that made sense to us.
