It was made quite clear that I was absolutely free to go elsewhere if I wasn't happy with them. So I did. I rarely dealt with the same person twice and one therapist in particular was rough and abrupt. I spent a fair amount of money here and regret it enormously. I spoke with a friend later who had a similar experience with microdermabrasion here and also found them rude and unyielding. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. There are far nicer places that do a better job. Changed to Cork Laser Care clinic on Patricks Quay and was much happier.

Ramona was efficient and fast while still being thorough! She was extremely gentle with the drill and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before moving on. She was also super helpful when I was selecting colors. I was out of there in fewer than 2 hours which was quite fast since I did a emi mani pedi with both requiring gel removal My next visit was just as amazing! I showed her a picture of what I whated and she took her time selecting the most optimal colors and recreating the nail art. Once again l am over the moon! The shower pressure was incredible and spacious. The front desk was very friendly. The bar inside is top notch with live music and fancy drinks. Perfect location to walk around Cork City. Thankfully they had a lift (elevator) as we had 3 weeks worth of stuff. We decided to consolidate the next couple days into our smaller suitcase. But our room had another room as you come in. Plenty of room to store our 6 bags without being in our way. The beds were firmer than we are used to. But we slept well. Room was quiet and dark. Shower bath had excellent water pressure. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Definitely get their breakfast!!! We didnt have time to try the spa. Park is included but have to walk a couple blocks. Wish we were staying longer here. Cute town. Lovely cathedrals. Castle. Strolled the River walk. Dinner Matt the Miller.
