Then she rescheduled me to the following day because she needed time to herself. Understandable! When I get she looks at me and asks the helper what I was there for. She was a look and was unprofessional which I should have just left at this point. Then she told me that she would not have time to do my entire head so if she could do a partial balayage. I said fine. Then a she said but you really wanted your whole head. So let's do it! I told her my hair does not take bleach well but she didn't listen. Then my hair did exactly that then try to blame me. 450 later! Don't go here they dont care. Now I have to regrow my grey all over again! So sad!

I came in with a mass of messy, dead, and unkept hair that was past my waist; I needed a change! The shop opens at 9 on Saturdays and my appointment was at 9; I was seen practically right away. I showed Stephanie the pictures of what I wanted my hair length to look like and she asked me questions to ensure that I was 100% sure it was what I wanted, which I really appreciate because it shows how professional she is. When I was unsure about certain things, she gave me reassurance and suggestions, along with honest feedback. Stephanie was extremely down-to-earth and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. A cut and a wash generally runs at $17, but I needed a miracle to deal with the bird's nest on my head and so it was about $25 for me, not including a tip, which I thought was fair. Nonetheless, she did an amazing job and I really love the outcome! I like long hair and I miss mine already, but I'm excited to style it differently. I cannot wait to go back for my balayage!
