AR Cannabis Clinic is very misleading and deceptive as they advertise one price then after the 10 plus additional charges your total is $328 and this doesn't include the fee the state charges. The doctor talks to you over the phone for about 1 minute and viola your approved. A true scam indeed! Well, I wasn't and this was discovered when I went to renew my card on the state website.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The state of Arkansas wouldn't allow me to renew as I wasn't in my renewal window. Now, I'm finally within my window and now I cannot renew because 30 days has elapsed since the doctor's signature. I asked them to correct the signature issue and now they want to charge me an additional $100 after complaining they offered to lower the cost to $75...and don't forget I've already paid the $328 for a renewal that won't be happening. Please don't use this clinic to get a prescription for Texas even though they are a clinic in Arkansas. Federal law says they can't prescribe THC products and cross the border with them. This company is a complete scam. The owner is married to a doctor who no longer has a medical license. He employees medical staff to review consent forms as basically gatekeepers to make sure the doctor will approve you. The medical staff are told to upsell the marijuana therapy or they get fired. Some of the staff are telling clients that the marijuana therapy is necessary and part of the process which is a blatant lie. The medical staff will move patients around and continue to call and harass clients until they agree to the therapy. AVOID at all costs and spend your money elsewhere!! read more

I would give these frauds zero stars if I could. They charged me over $500 all-in-all through a series of misleading scams and once I had started working with them, it was already too late. They'll charge you a nonsense up front fee, charge you again for an appointment with a non-licensed sales rep, and then charge you even more for an actual doctors appointment. The doctor DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP TO MY APPOINTMENT. He just sent me an email with my documents after he blew me off because he was too busy. Didn't even evaluate me. I paid $500 to take a survey. And they didn't cover my state registration fee after the $500 they scammed me out of. Sure, I got my card. But these guys are frauds. Never use them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! It's a scam. I'm out $275. I didn't even talk to a real doctor. I was on the phone for maybe 5 mins with a nurse practitioner. Since my medical records were longer than 12 months, I didn't qualify. When you sign their consent forms, it says that you have to provide medical records from the past 12 months. This is why they think they can keep your money. They will go on and try to get you to pay them more money by suggesting to get tests done for things like PTSD. A legit place will immediately give you your money back if you don't qualify and it doesn't matter how long your records are. Please take the time to find a legit place. I hope this place gets taken down ASAP! I've contacted the BBB and attorney general. read more

Be careful if you think you're going to use you're own records. If they aren't there within 30 days, no matter how hard you're working on it, you WILL lose all your money. If you're doctors office can't be relied on to do it quickly, don't bother. $250 down the toilet because my office didn't get the records within 30 days. The Clinic does not notify you when docs are received, you have to call and do ALL work yourself. Better off saving the money doing it yourself because you're doing all the work anyhow.
