She spent 40 minutes with us setting everything up for us. There was probably about 20 different things that she had to do for us. She was extremely pleasant and thorough. I told my son that that was the best experience I have ever had at a bank. Seriously, at other banks (yea, I'm talking about TCF and US Bank) we always had to make multiple trips to get everything accomplished. Not here, with Linsey. We walked out of the building confident that everything was set up and ready to go. Great experience. Ask for Linsey. She's there every day except for Thursday.

I'm extremely disappointed and feel misled after years of banking with BMO Harris. We were told…read morethat we could set up kids accounts for our children, complete with debit cards so they could conveniently access their money. We were assured these accounts couldn't go negative and that there would be no charges if they accidentally overspent--this was the whole reason we chose BMO Harris. Unfortunately, none of that turned out to be true. In November 2025, about a year after we set up the accounts my child's account went negative and we were hit with charges. I spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, and even had to visit a branch in person, where I was told the problem was fixed and the charges reversed. Supposedly, the account hadn't been set up as a kids account, but now it was corrected. I trusted that information, but it turned out to be yet another false promise. Today, I found my son's account negative again. After 45 more frustrating minutes on the phone, I was told once more that the account had never been set up as a kids account. To make matters worse, I was informed that if it's actually set up as a kids account, they can't use a debit card at all--meaning the feature we were promised simply doesn't exist. This makes it impossible for my kids to easily access their money, which was the main reason for opening the account. We have multiple accounts with BMO Harris and have been loyal customers for years. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like we were lied to all this time. I hope BMO Harris will take this feedback seriously and make changes so that no other families have to go through this hassle and frustration.

Upon realizing contacted this location and they closed my debit card so no one could use it (proactive!) and said they could print me a new one if I came in. When my husband and I decided to refinance one of our properties, we naturally went with our trusted banker. Everything was perfect until the loan went into underwriting. They asked for so much additional documentation, it was absurd. I stated I wanted to deal with my loan officer only but the most rude and condescending processor kept calling asking for the stuff I already sent. Then a manger stepped in who clearly had no clue what was going on. His manager then called, some woman placing blame on everyone else, trying to be some sort of hero. Horrendous because basic business 101, don't insult co-workers. This woman reeked of being a bad person which made me uneasy about moving forward in the loan. With that said, I am glad I have a brick and motor bank that I could turn to in a time of need. This review is primarily about the Bank Manager Sam Patel - who has been at this location quite a few years now. This is my only bank and I have been a customer through several different incarnations. Sam stands out as a manager of high integrity who is truly vested in assisting patrons such as myself. Recently, I had a huge fraud situation that depleted my checking and savings accounts and when I got the alert from BOA I was literally pannicked. I quite literally jumped into my car and almost ran into the bank. Sam immediately responded to me and helped to report the fraud. The following week I went back into the bank because things were not exactly straightened out yet (not her responsibility). First of all, she saw me enter the bank and waved me into her office. She asked me how things were and I admit I broke down and cried. She called the fraud dept again and asked them to expedite my claim and restore my accounts. By the next day things were back to order. Some may say that Sam was only doing her job - and while I agree, it is not that she does her job expertly - she does it with heart and compassion.
