Eric made sure to get all of our details before hand, unfortunately some were lost in translation along the way and we had some last minute add on surprises we weren't stoked to get word of just 2 weeks before the big day. In the end it all worked out and the party ended up perfect. We went through a windstorm of a ceremony and the battery powdered system outside was a Godsend as the power went out in the venue. With a few hiccups during the reception, Eric was able to adapt and overcome quickly and everything went off smoothly and our guests had no clue anything had to be rearranged on the fly. Eric is an amazing DJ&MC, I just wish his pricing was more transparent and/or standardized as I believe that would have eliminated last minute surprise add on's in the budget.

We wanted to be certain Dave would accommodate us and the hopes that she had in mind for her wedding. Dave assured us he was our guy.. my daughter and her fiancé took the time to solicit our wedding guests for the favorite party songs. We gave this list of songs today of requesting that you play these .. seems pretty simple make a playlist of the songs and play them. gave this list of songs to Dave requesting that he play only these AMAZING playlist... seems like a no-brainer and Dave assured us he would. we were terribly disappointed, Dave may be played three songs out of the entire list of 50 songs we gave him. this guy is obviously lazy and has his own agenda. Another request that we had for Dave was that he not blast the music. Not only did they not play or download any of the songs that we requested, the music he did play, was so loud that our guests complained repeatedly. We tried to have Dave turn down the music and he acted surprised and put out- frankly I think he may have been stoned! how are advice? Only pay him Half until he fulfills his promises.

Not only did they ruin our isle songs by not playing the correct ones, our first dance song was ruined, our intro song was ruined, his phone went off during the service and cut music from playing. He started our first dance and bouquet tossing song prior to even being ready. We had to ask him several times to turn music up as nobody could hear it. Not only was my father extremely irritated, But I had numerous guests approach me asking what was going on. I provided two spotify playlists which were not used, music was all over the place including rock breakup songs that we had never heard prior to the wedding. The dj apologized to me on one occasion and said no more mistakes, yet he continually made them. I reached out to the owner, Juan via email and phone call. He returned my call once asking me to call him back, and it has been a few days since I've heard from him. The DJ service really helps make these moments that more special, and unfortunately rather than enjoying our day, We were irritated and stressed the entire time. We paid $700 for a service that was less than unsatisfactory. I'm not sure what happened as I've yet to recieve any sort of explanation. I believe I should've recieved a partial refund for the major disappointment we endured, but the best I can so is warn others that this is probably not the route you want to go, and if you do, hopefully you dont have the same experience because nothing will be done to make it right in any way.

To start on the day of the party we contracted…read morethem for the driver showed up 20 minutes before the party to set up a large water slide, more irritating though was that we were unable to get ahold of anyone at the company for over 2 hours attempting to reach them by phone, email, and instagram message, finally after all of this we were contacted by the driver and informed he would be there in 30 min, which was closer to an hour. As annoying as this was the worst part was their pickup method. We told the driver they could pick up between 7 and 8PM if they needed to, 8 PM came, no driver, 9PM came, no driver, we figured they would be here in the morning, assuming so since this company is not big on communication. When I checked my backyard at 6AM I saw the slide was gone. I checked on my neighbors cameras and saw that the drivers showed up after 10PM and decided to trespass on my property and remove the slide. When I called the company to notify them I spoke with a receptionist and told her I needed to speak with the owner immediately, over 24 hours later still no response from the owner, I called them again and still no response from the owner. Apparently having their employees trespass in the middle of the night is not a big deal for this company! Save yourself the trouble and go with a professional company for your inflatables.

Despite working on some of these other events, I'd not used him directly for my business yet and found that opportunity recently with my client, Escalate Live 2010, a two-day live broadcast conference in Newport Beach at the historic Lido Theater for photographers.
