Pulled a muscle and confirmed that the BCBA instructed me to sprint , full speed to catch up, not being an athlete the way this injury happened was not on management. This was a very high performance pressure to maintain, minimal verbal communication with management and burnout from all staff. 2/30 were cordially kind. Harsh and intense stress here.

She was able to offer new options related to medication and therapy that I had never known about before. I was nervous going in, after negative experiences with previous psychiatrist, but she made me feel completely at ease. I had plenty of time to explain my mental health history and I really felt listened to. This is the first time I have had such a positive experience regarding mental health and I was completely blown away. I am so happy to be under her care and I know that I will be successful in treatment. She is an absolute blessing!

Despite wanting an in person appointment I scheduled a telehealth visit to receive a sooner appointment. After rescheduling my entire day for the telehealth appointment...the appointment was cancelled 2 hours before with only an automated text notification with no reason being given and automatically rescheduled without asking if that time works for the patient. I work in the medical field as well and so I know patient care etiquette and this place has none which I noticed from the get go. They seem more therapist centered versus patient centered. They also never answer phone calls. The therapist who cancelled and reschedule without providing any direct communication is Caitlyn Raquet. Seeking counseling services is already difficult for many people. Organizations like this make it that much harder.

After 2 visits via zoom with my daughter, Mercedes "diagnosised" her with "adjustment disorder, anixety, and depression". Mercedes is merely a licensed professional. Much like a plumber. She has no business making any "diagnoses". Which were later debunked by real doctors, btw. DO NOT hire this woman! I will be filing an official complaint.
