Upper management is constantly talking bad about the RBTs and makes fun of them behind their backs. The staff is treated horribly, constantly. They will hire ANYONE, and that is why the turnover rate with employees is so high. The poor clients are put with people they don't know on a daily basis, behaviors among the clients are on the rise, these kids can feel the toxic environment. I am so sad to write this, but I am so glad I got out of this place. I have interviewed and toured many other ABA facilities, and MTC is by far the lowest on the totem pole. I would not recommend this company to anyone, employment or families looking for a trusting environment. Please do your research first.

If you get a good therapist they will constantly be leaving due to poor treatment & poor management(see glass door reviews). This inconsistency of changing therapist is extremely hard for an autistic child. Some people they hire I would not even hire to babysit my neurotypical child, much less be by autistic/ADHD child therapist. They billed our insurance as we saw the BCBA, but we were actually seeing the RBT. Just beware as we spent a few yrs hoping it would get better, but when we finally had 2 good therapist they quit do to poor treatment. They drug my son in the clinic one day, told me if we didn't let them he would not get better. He spiraled saying he wanted to die, so they called an ambulance instead of calling me. It cost me $2400 in total. All because he had a different therapist all the time, and Raquel the head of the clinic treated us like it was out fault. She is cold as ice.

All my nurses, assessment people and physical therapists have been amazed by my progress, telling me I'm weeks ahead of schedule and doing exercises that most patients are unable to do for a month. Anita, the owner of Creative Rehab, told me that if I needed hip replacement, it was important to strengthen the muscles ahead of time, and she was right. All but two of the exercises I was given post-op were exercises she gave me the previous year. I saw Anita because I had a complex problem and found her to be eons ahead of many other practitioners. She looks at the whole picture when assessing patients. Many specialists see just their piece of a problem, but Anita is extremely knowledgeable and understands how everything works together. She's also great at explaining thoroughly what the problem is and what the solution is. Her focus is on the patient. If she can help you, she will tell you. If she feels the problem has a source beyond her realm, she'll let you know that, too. Very honest, kind and compassionate. While my experience is strictly with Anita, I would trust anyone at Creative Rehab. Given her concern for the patient, I'm sure everyone she hires is more than competent.
