A truly wonderful home at Arbor Terrace Fulton - I love it here! Arbor Terrace is a safe, friendly, clean, and comfortable residence where the caring atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The Executive Director. Farah Siddiqui is an exceptional leader who is always available to the residents. Undrey Fuller, the business Director is friendly and equally accessible. Uluwehi "Vayhee" Uyeunten, the Sales Director is sweet and makes every interaction feel welcoming and comfortable. Ryan Thompson, the Maintenance Director (who also overseas the housekeeping staff), ensures everything runs smoothly. The housekeeping team does an exceptional job in our apartments once a week, and laundry service is provided weekly as well. Chi Chi (Chinonye Nwachukwu), the Wellness/Resident Care Director , leads the nurses and team with dedication. The 24 hour nursing care is invaluable for peace of .mind. The team is very attentive.-- we all wear alert buttons, and help arrives quickly whenever we press them. . The chef holds monthly meetings with the residents so we can suggest favorite foods or request changes to the menu. The Dining experience is thoughtful and. Resident focused. Activities are planned throughout the day for those who want to participate. , led by Tracy Clark and her team. Fran and Susan are constantly leading new activities, outings, picnics, trips, and fun holiday . They bring in professional musicians, weekly and host engaging speakers on various topics. Fran Kim, transportation drives the residents to Doctor appointments, trips to the store, CVS and scenic drives. Many members and residents have been here since the community opened in 19. I moved in during 2024 and absolutely love it. There is now a Resident Council that needs monthly to share concerns and suggestions, which shows how much the community values our input. The entire staff is compassionate and consistently goes out of their way to make the residents happy . . I visited Arbor Terrace last week. I am looking for a place to call home for my mother-in-law when she is ready. I have looked at many and until I stepped into Arbor Terrace, I was feeling overwhelmed with the choices and pricing. Arbor Terrace is bright and cheery, reminded me of a very nice hotel. The food menu looked to be delicious, healthy comfort food verses faaaaancy. Paula showed me around the facility. She was very kind and answered all my MANY questions patiently. I met Denise (activities director, I believe?). Liked her right away. Appreciated her enthusiasm. Can definitively see my mother-in-law happy and well taken care of at Arbor Terrace. My mom has been living at Arbor Terrace Crabapple for almost a year. The staff are phenomenal. Several of them have worked there for many years. They are extremely caring and it feels like a family environment. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. The daily activities are varied and engaging. My mom has been living here for almost a year and she loves it. She enjoys all the activities and claims the food is amazing with good portions. The management team and staff are extremely kind and helps as much as they can although they are often busy. The nurses are so kind to her, they treat her just like family. Arbor Terrace is a place to be. It has the best care for the elderly and the facility is an excellent one. The facility has excellent caregivers who take care of all its residents well.
