From what I've seen, it's one of the better-run nursing homes. It's always clean and well-maintained, the meals are tasty (I'm allowed to eat with her in the dining room when I visit), she is bathed and has her laundry done on a regular basis, and staff are always friendly and professional. Broadmead arranges concerts and activities such as arts and crafts almost daily and hosts other social events to keep the residents busy and engaged. My mother's one complaint is that the nursing staff make her go to bed too early! (I'd hate a 10 pm curfew, too, as I rarely go to bed before 4 am, but with luck I won't have to deal with that for a few years yet!) Highly recommend.

Cam, service technician, diagnosed a break problem with my scooter and ordered the parts promptly. They also picked up and repaired a lift/recline chair that I bought from Motion Specialists and honoured the warranty when repairing the frame. Soon I'll bring in my wheelchair for a new set of tires, which they have already ordered for me. The level of service has consistently been very good.

I bought a packaged and tried it out. Being nervous due to claustrophobia, I spoke with one of the staff members at Floathouse and they told me everything I needed to know. You float nude. I didn't know whether you wore a bathing suit or not, but turns out you don't have to. It's a very freeing experience and I found myself feeling nothing. In a good way! There really is no way to explain it besides having you try it out yourself. It's a very calm and zen atmosphere right when you step through the Floathouse doors. I wasn't able to to do it my first time. I had little moments when I was able to feel nothing and relax but over a couple times of floating, I was able to really relax. Check it out! The facilities are super clean and you'll find yourself wanting to float and float and float.

There are sometimes long lines and it's not the fastest if you need to be served at the post office, in particular. The pharamacy can also have a line. The cashiers at the front, I have never seen a wait for. What is great and unusual is that the staff will actively ask if you need assistance while youre in the retail aisles, which never happens in drug stores. People who wrok here are friendly. Also, I noticed that they carry a lot of locally made products. What really impressed me is that there is a huge selection if green or environmentally friendly products, considering the footprint of the store is not massive itself. I have never seen a wider selection of biodegradable and organic feminie products. In the cleaning section, there was a lot of products that I had never seen before, but were Earth friendly and/or portable. There's also multiple make up brands that are clean beauty brands and independent lines, which was nice to see and surprising. As well, there was an entire area of bamboo clothes, which looked intriguing. Additionally, the store carries some useful items that you don't always see, for exanple, I saw tubes of speedsew, sewing glue. Overall, this pharmacy really shines for the product selection it carries and for being environmentally conscious.

Last week, he shrugged when I asked where the disability scooter was, and he told me to ask someone else. It was behind him. He wasn't even busy. At 5:30 pm Jl. 3/26. I asked for help finding the TP that was 35% off, because a palette was in front of the TP. He sent a pleasant young man named Sean after it, who brought back the wrong one. Sean went back. Cristhian then told the Customer Service guy Drew, that Sean had not brought the one he asked for. Well, C had NOT specified details to S, and I said so. C rolled his eyes and tried to argue. He also argued that the $28.99 TP was the same price as the $19.99 one on Rewards. He tried to put his own mistake on me. I own a small biz. Let me tell you, this guy is nothing but a liability.
