I was a big fan of the ArbyQ back in the day so I wanted to try the bbq brisket. It doesn't come anywhere close to the ArbyQ. The meat was dry and tasteless. The sauce came in a packet and was not good bbq sauce. Pickles were a big mistake. On the whole a disappointment. Also is it not time to ditch the curly fries? Does anyone really like those things? When we stopped here, we weren't even sure if it was open since we were the only ones in the parking lot, but it was. We both went to the bathroom before ordering. Ladies room was clean. I was told the sink in the men's room was disgusting. Ordering was quick, food came out quickly and fries were fresh and hot. They even upgraded our smalls to medium. read more

Fries had hairs in them, were crispy tho, honestly tasted dirty like someone grabbed them with their hands. Roast beef was alright, the top bun was soggy and the bottom one was hard. Great. At least they gave us Arby's sauce when we asked. And so far the milkshake hasn't killed me. Wouldn't go back. read more

Worst Arby's experience ever. The staff did nothing but talk, there was no ketchup, no napkins, few lids to the cups, the tables were dirty, they overcooked/burnt the fries and chicken, we got 2 bottom buns on our chicken sandwich, and we were charged for things we didn't order. I love Arby's and it's my go-to restaurant, but I would NOT recommend this one at all. I will not be going again. read more

We stopped here on 9/25 and used drive through. The speaker system was horrible and the teen taking the order couldn't understand me nor I him. We asked for some salt packets for our fries and were told they were out of salt. ?? A restaurant out of salt! We asked for ketchup , but after we drove away realized we hadn't gotten any. The curly fries were actually tough. I've never had tough fries before, but these were and were just awful. The beef in smokehouse brisket sandwich had no flavor although it was salty ( yes, tried rubbing fries on it-- didn't work). My husband said his French dip was okay. Rather than put our order on one bill, they gave us separate tickets. The wait at the window was quite long and they seemed very disorganized. Suggest you eat elsewhere. read more

Went through the drive through and it was a little wait. I got a half pound French dip and asked for Mayo the girl said they didn't have Mayo which we all know is a lie. I told her to get some in a cup then. When I got home I was shocked the pit the dipping sauce in a plastic bag and I was going to leave a good review until I opened my sandwich and it was not a 1/2 pound French dip it was a normal and had more bread than meat. ‍ read more

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I would have bailed but the way it is setup you are trapped by a concrete barrier. I have no idea what could take so long but the staff seemed clueless. No acknowledgement at all concerning the ridiculous wait. read more

We stopped here off the highway and when we came in there many people standing around waiting for their food. They take your order in a timely manner but we waited 30 minutes to have our food come out and it was only a sandwich. But before we even got the sandwich they had mixed up the orders and given the sandwich to another customer. Some others in front of us in line also did not have the correct order. I am going to be short and to the point I received horrible service. The drive thru lady slamed the window my face as I was asking for sauce and then ignored me when I tried to get her attention. then when I got to eat my food I found a nice long gray hair in the center of my sandwich. I will not be returning to this restaurant it is run down and disgusting. read more
