New clean restaurant and bathrooms. Couple TVs and lots of room. Food was made properly and tasted like I expected.

I'd give 0 if i could. Horrible food. $37. Potato cakes that have probbaly been fried twice, three hours ago and I'm not kidding. Roast beef slightly warm, curly fries actually room temp if I'm being generous. waited a couple minutes to order in drive thru. Huge pot hole you have to hit to make turn. Employee was nice but idc about that if my food is trash. Seriously do better, corporate must not care much about this location or owners if franchised. They won't stay around much longer with the price of food if this is what they serve. read more

Went to Arby's in Defiance a couple of weeks ago and had the new steak bowl ordered through the drive thru. The lid looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp and was deformed and the steak was nasty along with the mac and cheese. Pass on ordering this again. (I live in Ohio, not California. I have found that at the drive-through many times the employee that's working the drive-through could care less about my order or my being there very dis detached from their job. Food from Arby's is rarely warm let alone hot and it doesn't make any difference. What time a day you go through french fries are still lukewarm if any warm at all and the meat is barely warm. It's given to you through the window and the person that gives it just make sure you get it and that's it. No thank you for coming. Know anything this seems to be the case in Defiance especially. I did go in the other day. The lady in front of me that had placed an order I watched as the employee gave her the wrong cup for her drink and then turned around and seemed to have a puffy attitude because the customer called her on it. I wanted to correct drink. She walked over and just sat it down in front of her then when I got up there, I placed an order for two slider meals. She never gave me my cups when I asked for him. She just kind of looked at me like I was asking her to do something that had nothing to do with her job sat him down in front of me and walked away. Very unprofessional Arby's really needs to start checking out their people a little bit better if you don't want to be in customer service, don't be in customer service. The employee Laura was on Fries and cashier/ using no gloves and touching the fries with bare hands moving fries that she over filled from one basket to next from fryer , Baarf. She was arguing with employee to not put whip cream on milk shake in front of customers. Very long wait times several customers waiting in front of us... they are only worried about drive through not in store, lots of customers complaining and the staff is rude, smirky, and look like drug addicts. No joke. Do NOT go here, prob will get sick. They are very mismanaged and SLOWWW. The sandwich makers are sarcastic and don't know what their doing, even the employee asked them what it was because how the prep it for next bag. You will wait 20 min for a small order inside, meanwhile drive through is being pushed out on time. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

its been a month or so since i've been into arbys! and still some of the friendliest staff, service was amazing per usual, they took my order right away and was in my hand as fast as i ordered! my chicken strips were fresh and straight out the fryer! and per usual store was clean #stopthearbyshate! -cruz read more

It was very gross in there, the floors were sticky, and there were dead flies everywhere. The food was burned and not served in the correct containers. All of th3re pump condiments were spoiled and gross. My food took a long time to get out and was cold when I got it.As for the workers, they were quite rude and ignored me when I went to tell them about my food. Waited for 5 min at the drive thru speaker and husband honked the horn to let someone know we were there. She took another 2 min to come back and respond "I was going to take your order until you so rudely honked in my ear". Confused I told her we were not sure if anybody was there. Stuck in drive thru for about 30 minutes yesterday and unfortunately couldn't pull out. The female taking the orders didn't read the order back to anyone, so of course our order was wrong. The food tasted old, like it had been sitting for awhile. The guy at the drive thru window was friendly at least, and apologized that our order was wrong. He's the reason I gave 2 stars instead of just one. read more

Their customer service was beyond crappy, they forgot 1 whole meal and on top of that gave attitude while trying to order food. Read multiple reviews and people are having the same issues. Arbys get your sh*t together. And I better get my money back tmr. read more

I just went to Arby's, and I got a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Upon arriving at home the sandwich is nowhere to be found. How do you forget the sandwich. It's the most important part of the meal and you forgot it. I'll never be back to Defiance's Arby's. read more

Ordered a #7 and a large Crinkle fry. Got up to the window, paid then waited at least 15 minutes for our food. We get the food and I pull out a fry and they are lukewarm at best. For that wait I would think they dropped new fries. Won't be going back. read more

Honestly I'm surprised that I felt the need to review a fast food restaurant on here. The interior was nice and clean despite being crazy busy on a football Friday night, and the line was long but the employees were friendly and working fast while keeping a smile on their face! read more

Drive thru speed was decent, considering it was a busy Saturday lunch hour. Food was hot and as ordered (hold the tomatoes). Great job.

Best Arby's ever. Night staff was fun and helpful, super fast service. A+++. Clean bathroom too. Huge Arby's.
