Arby's is typically the butt end of jokes when it comes to fast food cause like who goes to Arby's? I DO. I typically get their reuben sandwich meal which is always consistent. While these reubens will never stack up to one made by a restaurant that truly specializes in them, they scratch that itch at a fraction of the price when needed. On this occasion however I tried their latest offering, the steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich. It was OK, I love crispy onions so those were good, the meat itself was a bit dry and bland but the Swiss cheese and garlic sauce helped liven it up a bit. I wouldn't get this sandwich again to be honest, but I don't regret trying it. Their curly fries are also always hot and crisp and I love dipping them in their honey mustard and three pepper sauce. Overall, Arby's is at least consistently average but I don't mind average! I'll still stop by when I crave it. read more

What can I say? I've loved the Beef and Cheddar sandwiches with Horsey sauce with a side of curly fries for more years than I can remember...there's nothing a flaw in the meal. I've only had the Reuben's (but we had them several times). Every time we've been there: weekends, early or late, there are hardly any customers. I don't know how they stay in business. Here's the Scoop: I love Arby's and really missed going to them for a quick bite. When they opened this one on Sunrise I was elated. I've always enjoyed their roast beef sandwich, turkey and burgers. This was my first time at this one and I must say I love some of their new signature sandwiches. I enjoy trying something new every time I come here. The decor is contemporary and seating is very comfortable. Large family booths and different seating arrangements. Flat screen TVs as well. Staff is friendly and orders are prepared quickly. Haven't been to an Arby's in over a decade. Hubby took me here since his friends recently went. Boy was I pleasantly surprised they have upped their game! Flavors of their sandwiches spot on and quality of ingredients better than some fast food joints. Why did my other reviews VANISH ? I tell the God's honest truth and then some unseen force wipes it off the face of the earth? This is what we call, in the business, a BOZO NO-NO, you tools. This place is a mess and there is no management up front behind the register. Often I come in here, and nobody greets me or is behind the counter...for like 5 minutes or longer. Weird. The some person appears and does not say "hello" or "what can I get you?" . They just sorta stand there. The food- is not bad and the sliders are the best deal here at $1.09 per. Just, dumb service sometimes behind the register......confusion....nobody is sure where the line starts...where to stand....etc. "Did you order already?" and shit like that. The guy that took my order today seems like he was getting telekinetic messages from the TV set on the wall and kept looking away from me while I ordered. As every fast food maven knows Arby's is something you never pass up when you have the chance. It's nice to have a few stores open in this area again. The roast beef always a favorite, the chicken is my thing, and I'm sure the burgers are good (just never waste an opportunity to have one of the former). On the side you can love the curly fries or onion rings; and there are other good choices too. But the thing that makes Arby's for me is their sauces. I mean, Ketchup is OK for other places, where you going to have a burger. But Arby's offers their signature sauce, which, I have to admit, makes me eat in rather than take out so I can self serve lots of it. There's also the famous horsey sauce, and honey mustard too. But now I might have found a new favorite. I ate my meal with their three pepper sauce and wow, I like that a lot! Went perfectly on my crispy chicken sandwich. So grumpy keeps hearing that Arby's got "the meats". He was not really sure what they meant. Was this some sort of meat conspiracy? Was it mere hyperbole? He was keen to find out. Well, the bacon beef and cheddar did supply meat. In fact, one meat too many. The bacon nearly destroyed the subtle flavor balance of the original. It turned the sandwich into a fake smoke nightmare. This store is owned by penny pinching Indian owners who don't appreciate having customers. The owner must have better customer service with regards to honoring coupons. Don't purchase anything here without using a coupon everything is priced artificially high. Attn Arby's corporate please don't let this franchisee have any more stores. This store took notice and started honoring their own and corporate expired coupons but they are back to their old tricks. They stopped honoring old coupons . This is the closest Arby's to my house and also the nicest one I've ever ate in! There are plenty of parking spaces here. Inside, the decor is quite upscale for a fast food establishment! Loved the electric fire place, booths, bar stool tables, and lounge chairs inside. The restaurant is well taken care of and is extremely clean. Taco John's is also located inside so if some of the family want Arby's & some want Taco's, this place is a win win with more options than the regular Arby's. The service was excellent, very friendly. I had a large order and everything was given to me in only a few minutes. I barely had to wait for my order! My fries & other items were fresh and hot. As for the food...it's Arby's and tastes the same, no matter the location but I do have to say, because my food was so fresh I do feel that this Arby's experience really did take the cake. As fast food chains go I happen to like Arby's diversity in a chicken wrap, cheeseburger, ceaser salad world. I went here originally for the new blt sandwich because who doesn't love bacon? Can't believe no one has reviewed this Arby's! This is Long Island's newest Arby's location, and it shares the building with Taco John's. This is by far the nicest Arby's I have been to yet, and is a significant improvement over the Bellmore location. The store is spacious and very clean. The booths have comfortable seating and there's even some lounge chairs to sit on and a fake fireplace. The food is made fresh and always delicious. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great visit, and always ask if there is something they can do better. As with any Arby's there is an amazing variety of food on the menu to choose from. A drive thru is also available in case you want your food to go. read more
