I had a seafood sub and it was really lacking flavor due to there not being as much mayo (or whatever the white stuff in it is) which for my taste preferences anyways was a big let down. Also, I asked to have a little salt and pepper on it and they put a pretty heavy handed dose on my sub and it almost covered up the taste of the seafood. For others maybe that much salt and pepper would be a great thing, but for me it was over powering and unpleasant to eat.
