You know Rico's is doing something right when they boast a perfect 5 star rating!…read more Rico, Jessica and Lupe were very gracious when I called in my order at 1:59pm when they were due to close from 2-5pm. They made me a delicious panini grilled cheese and veggie sandwich that was a perfect compliment to the recommended chili. I added onions and cheese to my chili and it was phenomenal! Flavorful and the exact right amount of spice. The whole mom 'n pop shop had fun add-ons that could be purchased like candy cigarettes, local pops and delicious sounding pints of ice-cream. I'm happy I found this little gem. Maybe next time I should test their pizza. Sold by the slice during the day for 3-4 bucks a slice. Definitely recommend the paninis and chili. Good deal for $13 and much tastier and more food than Panera bread's U pick 2. This place deserves all the business! Friendly and affordable. Support local, your stomach will thank you.

On top of the steal of a deal pizza slice prices, his wraps, subs, and literally everything is gold. Delicious and fills you up quick. This was perfect as I was going on a camping trip and figured I could get some snacks and/or brats etc. at Lewandoski's. The outside of the market is cute and cheerful, and I was greeted right away when I came in. One of the owners told me about the history of the shop (they've been open in the same location for 100 years!) and pointed out some of their products. He even gave me a sample of their kraki, a cured meat that is delicious. I love that they have everything you need for a BBQ - meat, buns from local bakeries, condiments (lots of mustards), and more. I bought some hot links, kielbasa dogs, buns, pretzels, focaccia made by Wealthy Street Bakery, and some kraki dip. It was only about $30 after the discount which was awesome! I'm so glad I finally visited this NW side staple and look forward to going back again soon.

Their signature sausage has a wonderful mix of seasonings. I love grilling the Kielbasa Sausage, then serving in a hot dog bun is a nice summer treat. Sausages are made fresh from their market. Smoked Kielbasa - great for appetizers. Meat Sticks - awesome for quick snack or to take on-the-go. Five Stars - "Traditional German Wiener" - my all time favorite. You can grill, sear or boil and serve hot dog style on a bun. So Goood! Grab some relish, mustard, condiments to enjoy with the sausages. Thank you for remaining a trusted neighborhood staple!

Cuts Deli in Cedar Springs, Michigan, is the kind of place that makes you wish your stomach had a…read moresnooze button--because once you've tasted their smoked meats , you'll be dreaming about them all week. Nestled at 4848 18 Mile Rd NE, this unassuming barbecue and deli joint has quietly earned its reputation as one of the area's hidden gems. On a rare day when the stars aligned and breakfast didn't sabotage lunch , I managed to place a midday order: a half rack of ribs and a half pound of lean brisket , both paired with their signature house sauce . The result? A carnivore's symphony . Cuts Deli doesn't just serve meat --they serve a masterclass in smoke, flavor, and portion control (or lack thereof). The brisket was tender and smoky, the ribs rich and satisfying, and the sauce added just the right zing to make each bite feel like a celebration . The portions are generous--borderline heroic--and while I tried to balance things out with a side of California blend veggies at home , let's be honest: this meal was all about the meat . Cuts Deli doesn't skimp, and they don't miss. Whether it's their brisket sandwich , spring turkey with cranberry mayo , or chili cheese fries , locals rave about the freshness and flavor. Open Tuesday through Saturday, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 7 PM, Cuts Deli is a weekend indulgence worth planning around . My only gripe? That I can't eat there every day without risking a full-blown smoked meat addiction. If you haven't yet made the pilgrimage to Cuts Deli, consider this your sign . Just don't sleep in too late--you'll want to beat the rush before your favorites sell out .
